I was about 6 when the show started and too young to get into it as a kid. In the early mid 00s TNT played late night marathons and I worked 2nd shift. I watched sooooo many of these and remember watching season 6vthrough 9 the most. I remember one night about 3 AM the last episode with Fox telling Dana the date for colonization and then the episodes ends. THEN THE ORIGINAL PILOT EPISODE I HAD NEVER SEEN STARTED!!! In the past couple weeks I have rewatched seasons 1-6 and plan on watching every episode on NETFLIX. Stranger Things was Awesome but the X-Files was So Good and far ahead of its time. It is the best retro show on Netflix
I watched season 1 to 7 without watching the pilot. Going back and watching the pilot episode while already being a huge fan made it SO much more enjoyable. It was sort of like a flashback episode and just seeting both Scully and Mulder being kids is a crazy experience. And the dynamic that makes the show so great is all there, although the chemistry is a little bit too in your face, almost like two high schoolers. But in other parts like Mulders crazy ravings versus Scully's rational skepticism is a 100% on point. The pilot has all the elements that make the later show so watchable and entertaining.
Honest to god , this episode of dreamland to me is what top of the line acting is all about , i mean it was just brilliant the idea they came up with , the mirror scene i think , had to be of one most difficult ones to shoot, talk about rehearsing it to the perfect tune ...👍👍👍👍
They didn't think moving from Vancouver to LA would work? The same LA where Hollywood resides and most TV shows/movies are filmed? Where all the professionals are? lol tf are they talking about
Lol I think they mean having to get a new production team. The first 5 seasons they used the same people and crew in Vancouver so moving to LA they would have to get a whole new crew
They make every episode as if they are making a movie. Brilliant !
I was missing You Miss Gillian and Mr. David
Triangle is an excellent episode. Season 6 was soo good and experimental. Love it.
I love the mirror scene in Dreamland.

CasaDeAgua Hands down
Agreed, along with season 5
Agreed, it's a toss up between this and season 2 for me.
How the Ghosts Stole Christmas: Parts of that episode remind me of a very old horror short story called "Where Angels Fear to Tread."
I think this is my favorite season
david and gillian his of very good actors
Two fathers and one son make season 6 for me
Dean reminds me of geddy Lee from Rush 🎸🛸👽
Wish they talked about Arcadia, one of the best episodes imo
David....hermoso
It makes me sad to see Kim Manners.
***** He died of cancer a few years ago. Few people seemed to know he was even sick, so it was a huge shock.
@Rainy Saturday
Yes, it was!
Patty Duke did the mirror thing with her cousin (herself) in the Patty Duke show.
Also, it was Harpo and Lucy, not Chico and Lucy ... ua-cam.com/video/79EnDc-Ucv8/v-deo.html
