I think what people fail to appreciate is that Jacob had to beat the level from start to finish AND THEN from flag to finish before submitting it, so his suffering is at least doubled compared to everyone else's... or it would be if he wasn't a Major League Gamer, am I right?

I have been hyped about Jo's Labyrinth Beta run since you showed off the level on Twitter and responded to my Tweet asking if this was coming with a simple "...yes.", and I am not easily hyped (unless your content is involved).
The stuff I like best about the channel is seeing all the cool tricks you put in and your commentary on them as Jo goes through it. I've learned so much about MM level design from watching this and I've discovered things because you took the time to point them out and explain them. Thank you.
Jacob, if you put the boss music SFX on the enemy, then it plays while the enemy is on screen and goes away when they die. You can also have a certain song for the entire level by having it on Mario (but you probably already knew that)
You can add boss music on the enemies them self, so as long as the enemy is on the screen the music plays, you can also add sound effects too that plays when you hit them, hope this helps :D Keep on making levels to your heart’s content!
I’m assuming you figured it out by now, but if you put a sound effect on an enemy itself, it’ll stay until the enemy dies as long as they’re nearby. You can also slap an effect on mario and it’ll persist through the entire level if you don’t override it, so you can use the music effects as a complete bgm override
"It's a learning curve" =b a learning curve is when you start easy and ease it into difficulty. Your levels are learning plateau, they start hard and stay hard. There's also something known as a difficulty spike, this is when there is no learning curve and you go from 0 to 100 immediately.
9:04 The music sound effects will play music as long as 1) you activate it by touching and 2) Mario (or whomever you're playing as) is standing within like 10 grid spaces from where the sound effect is triggered. If you want to keep the music playing throughout the entire stage or a semi-long area, you would have to place music sound effects within 10 blocks of each other. There is a limit to how many you can place in a stage, though, so keep that in mind.
