I don't have that much of musical knowledge so if I'm wrong may someone correct me, but
Techno is the genre of modern music in which the base is very refined. It's that kind of music music where your heart beats to the beat of the music at loud volume. String is the music which uses string instruments like a guitar, lute or banjo etc. Combine the two and you get techno string.
I have no idea what outlaw music is but hop most likely refers to hip hop, a rather quick phased music genre. That kind of thing you dance to easily with a rythm that is relatively easy to catch on.
Folk is the music that would be played during older times. It's the music that people in medieval-ish times danced to when they weren't busy dying from every disease possible XD
Either way combine folk and hip hop and you get folk hop. I hope it makes sense.
