Though she has great talent, I don't really dig her rendition of the song. it seems to me that too much effort went into making the performance funny, and in so doing, she almost completely neglected the emotional side of this prayer. In this scene, Mother Superior is extremely forlorn and clueless, she opens herself to God, even ends up questioning his very presence in the end, finally coming to terms to the fact that she's on her own (until the phone rings). Well I got none of that here, in fact, I had a hard time relating to her character in this version of the song.
