Good evening Ma’am I m actually in my 2nd year of graduation and I m exempted 9 papers and now I have to start with p level so which optional subject should I choose considering the basic knowledge not known .
Hi...I completed my skill level in march 2024 with FM & AA....Could you please advice which P level paper to attempt in June 2024?..It will be my first P level paper
Ma'am AA was bit difficult for me..I am confused in choosing my p level paper..But I think Audit field has more job scope..So should I go with AAA & AFM..or will AFM& ATX work for me?? Because it was easier for me in my skill level.Which one do you recommend? Will I get job without AAA knowledge
Good evening ma'am. I got 9 paper exemption but ( but I have to give those 9 paper's to my college) can you pls assist me In deciding which p level paper should I opt first. Pls ma'am it's an humble request
Hey Ma'am I am confused between APM and AFM. At the skill level, I liked studying for PM and not liked FM. Is APM fully theory based? Are there some practical questions in AFM? I like to solve practical questions more than writing the theory. Please suggest to me it will be really helpful.
So APM is more on writing, similar to what you did in performance measurement questions. AFM is more on practical approach where risk management, money market hedging, options and futures are discussed.
Ma'am I have completed SBR paper now and is going to attempt AAA for the september session. Since AA is an exempted paper for me, can you suggest any tips to tackle AAA or how to prepare for it
Mam could u plz tell as i have attempt afm .but i am confused between atx and aaa , what to choose , keeping in mind that i don't like theory that much
It’s completely an individual choice. If someone doesn’t want to make a career in tax, then ATX is not for him. Success of one’s career depends upon how much he/she loves his job
Sir i am ca final student and done classes like FR, AFM and costing. And I don’t have any work till march and i am studying daily like 6-7 hours. so Can i give 4 professional level paper in march 2025 and what are the exams should i opt ??
From opportunities prospective in india what optional papers shall i opt for ? In skill level i liked AA and PM more than FM. My tax was exempt in Acca because of CA inter.
Being your tax paper exempt, ATX must not at all be chosen. And when your interest lies in AA and PM, choose AAA and APM then. Most likely in India, you may land up in the audit profile, AAA will support that too. 😊
@@ca.nidhibhaskar5449 ma'am i am going to choose the same AAA and APM and want to make career in Audit profile. But plz reply to my few questions 1) which paper do complement Audit profile APM or AFM ? 2) i will definaltely dont like a desk job so which profile shall i go for considering this? 3) i heard that people in statutory audit visit client places and travel a lot. But as an Acca affiliate in india (not a CA) will i have to visit client places or will it be just a desk job?
@@music.maheshwari wow !! your second and third question can be in the minds of many students. Would like to answer them through a video. For your first question, with audit profile any of APM or AFM would work. Both APM and AFM have a different stream of syllabus coverage and both teach you something which does not gel with AAA. So you can choose any paper out of APM and AFM
Ma'am I cleared by PM exam in June 2024 sitting which was my fourth attempt and I have claimed 8 exemptions in ACCA. Please suggest which subject should I prepare first and whether it is advisable to select ATX as one of the optional papers and whether APM could be avoided because of my struggle in PM?
APM teaches you how to think from performance evaluator's perspective. You understand the business world and enhance your commercial intelligence. On the other hand, AFM makes you equipped with finance related knowledge
Mam my audit and tax paper was exempted in skill level and i found fm to be tough...could you please advice me which optional subject should i choose with apm

AFM is too technical and ATX is too detailed. Both will require a lot of effort and time. Better to opt for one paper while attempting the first P level paper. Next attempt, you can take 2 papers, as you will get a hands on experience on P level also.
Can I finish optional levels first mam? My interest lies in AFM and APM. Also I've decided to give SBR as last exam after clearing all 3 papers since I'm already tired of studying FR and AA
@@ca.nidhibhaskar5449 Thank you so much mam 😊. Also apologies for disturbing you again. But I have one last question. I've been granted exemption for first 6 papers where, PM is one of those 6 papers. But I am interested in APM. So is it possible for me to sit APM mam?
@@amrithgadesh no problem. Yes you can sit for APM. Wherever in APM you feel the need to refer PM concepts, you can do so. Just let this be known to the learning partner you join. They will help you cater to PM concepts wherever needed.
Mam I want to work for HMRC IS AAA and ATX right choice for me at institution level I secured 54 in FR and 50 in FM and PM RESPECTIVELY, I am yet to appear for AA in SEP 24 Kindly guide.
Working with HMRC is not something which anyone can plan. But to enter tax profile, you need to clear TAX paper in UK variant. ATX is not a condition to it
Mam if someone is planning to make the carrier in investment banking sector. and have already choosed AFM but confused to choose between APM, ATX and AAA. Which paper sholld be taken?
Don’t miss giving AAA. If by chance, you don’t land up in investment banking, then keep a plan B. A chartered accountant is precious when he has a signing authority. You will get signing authority as an auditor if you clear AAA. Don’t miss it.
Ma'am can I go for AAA before SBR because it's been so long I gave FR paper and I don't remember much about FR now and in case of AA it's been 6 months only. So, can you please suggest If I should go for SBR or AAA in upcoming March attempt?
Hi ma'am, Sorry for posting this query after almost 5 months of the video, since I am watching this only today because of the confusion in planning for the next. So my case is, I am exempted from all 9 fundamental and skill level papers (having pursued an integrated degree with ACCA in my college PS: It's available in only a number of colleges in India ig) I have cleared SBL, and I have given APM and waiting for the results. Now, on the other side I have also given exams for CA Inter and waiting for my results. I am now confused about taking up either AFM or ATX as the next paper, as well as along with SBR. I am feeling, I would be more interested in AFM as I like financial concepts in general, but I am also skeptical that choosing ATX may add value to my profession as CA in future. However, I am scared that ATX would be hard to pursue since my TX paper was exempted. I would like to hear your opinion on my case. Thanks in Advance.
Yes that’s true that if tax is not done, then ATX becomes difficult. But if you are keep on studying tax, then reach Mirchawala sir’s ATX classes. He covers Tax even in ATX. So go as per your interest. Taking tax can be a good idea if you like this paper
@@Master-mj2xh Hi, Yeah sure :) TBH, i didn't have much time at that point, SBL significantly requires practice and time management, also you should know how to answer professionally. I would recommend you to be thorough with your workbook conceptually. once you get your pre-seen, try to think and answer for each concept by yourself according to the industry. I also would recommend you to write as many mocks as you can. Also, learn the question verbs, and technical articles. Hope this helps !!

Try to combine a manageable syllabus paper. SBL, AFM and ATX can be tough to combine. You can consider SBR or AAA. But remember AAA is good to do after SBR. And APM you won’t be able to do as PM and APM both will fall on the same exam day.
Very Helpful 👍👍
