Prazer ouvir as sua interpretações musicais de excelência . O brilho sonoro dos sons do trompete é impressionante. Sinto a vibração das notas agudas nas entranhas do meu corpo.. Abraço de Portugal.

Practice your William Shatner - Space: the final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Enterprise. Its five-year mission: to explore strange new worlds. To seek out new life and new civilizations. To boldly go where no man has gone before!
Although I have not been a Star Trek fan, this song is incredible and the trumpet playing is just so good. I will be practicing this song, only up to B above the staff though.
Brilliant, fantastic and enterprising. Technically very difficult. You have played it perfectly. Well done. You are truly the Trumpet Master. You go where no trumpeter has ever gone before.
That was beautiful my two most favorite things Star Trek and Trumpet come together. Back in the day when I played in band at 1st seat 1st trumpet I could play all the notes but never with the grace and beauty as this. Some people just have talent others just play the notes. I could play the notes but just couldn't get the notes to sing. Because of that I finally gave up playing horns. I still play guitar and after years I have been able to apply some measure of feeling into my guitar. Lately I have begun to wonder if at 61 I could regain my lips and make a trumpet sing.
Ken Jett it’s never to late to try and learn. You will have to take time to get your endurance back and will probably be frustrating to you but the rewards are amazing. You also won’t have as much trouble learning fingerings because it will probably come back to you.And finally it takes time to make your notes sing. You might get frustrated because you won’t see any immediate improvement in your tonality but it’s 100% worth it to try and play.
@@the_good_fam7873 thank you for the kind words and support. I find myself more and more tempted to try and pick it back up but afraid what discouraged me back then will still be a problem. That is tempo I just never had that internal metronome to keep tempo steady. Tempo sets the spirit of a piece of music that has been my nemises. I first realized this back when I took music theory back in high school. When trying to write the music on paper I could hear in my mind what I wanted but could for my life not get it right on paper due totally too tempo. That when I realized why I could play the notes perfect but just not have the spirit of the piece. I learned to compensate by learning to play guitar by ear so by hearing something I could mimic that tempo and be successful. But that's what still haunts me to this day and why I'm reluctant to spend so much to try and possibly fail. I think one reason I was successful in high school band was pur director was a percussion major and was very good at setting and maintaining the tempo as we played. So I found I kinda relied on that . Unfortunately it didn't do much to help me when I had to depend on setting and keeping tempo myself and why I gave up my dream of being a music teacher.
Ken Jett If you are worried about finding the spirit of the music than try and do some improv.Play some notes in a row that sound good and put your own style on it.Once your good at that try putting your own style into some sheet music.I always find that improv is a good way to get good at making something musical.Musicality is just another thing you have to learn as a trumpet player and even I am still working on it.
@@the_good_fam7873 that's not bad advice and back when I played in our school jazz band I did do a bit of improv. Simply because I majored on trumpet and tenor Saxophone. I just wasn't real good at it, least to my standard. Maybe I'm just a perfectionist when it comes to music but tempo sets the spirit thus important to get right in any performance. Not having that internal metronome to me is disappointing. I just wish I knew a way to correct that.
Ken Jett I had a lot of trouble doing improv in jazz band because it was in front of my fellow students but improv is really good for you.It helps you find your own style, become more musical, and you even learn dynamics and such. Its really hard to be good at it but I just sitting at home during quarantine and do some improv. Its really a lot of fun.
At the finale, he boldly goes where I cannot. Live long and prosper, Signore.
