  • The Nazi genocide of the Sinti and Roma had the goal of wiping out the entire population group. What exactly happened then? Historian Udo Engbring-Romang explains the Nazi persecution.
    With around 100,000 citizens, Sinti and Roma in Germany form a historically grown national minority, officially recognized since 1997.
    To counteract discrimination and combat social antiziganism, the National Agency for Political Education BW (LpB BW) organized a symposium on the manifestations of antiziganism. The video was shot during this conference on 13 and 14 November 2017 in the house on the Alb. Video: Rebecca Beiter.
