There is no difference. Both received multiple student draft deferments ( Joe got 5 / Trump got 4) and both got medical exemptions despite each of them playing sports and appearing to be the picture of health before the exemption. College kids dodging the draft while poor kids not in college went and fought was common back then. Learn your history.
