Thanks for the tips. Looks nice, but Why kosher salt? That seems to be a silly affectation for many UA-cam cooks. Kosher salt is for curing meats by kosher rules. Can you explain?
Kosher salt has larger, coarser grains that make it easier to pinch and sprinkle evenly over food. I often combine it with coarse black pepper in a season shaker so the grain size is similar. Also I buy in 3 pound boxes that normal table salt does not have this size.
