I was grinning ear to ear during this entire video. It hurt seeing the carbine slander early on but watching it finally get its redemption was so satisfying.
Halo 2 had one of the most infamous development cycles in gaming history. Bungie literally had people living at the office, going to sleep and waking up at their desks, just to get this game out the door in time. And even then, this game is notorious in the series for how much content ended up being cut. Weapons, enemies, and even entire levels were cut. 343 Industries (or I guess "Halo Studios" now) has a team of people that have actually managed to dig up and restore a lot of that content and make it playable, like the Halo 2 E3 mission, which did not actually end up in the final game. The reason it ends very suddenly is because there was actually supposed to be basically another act. That act ended up becoming Halo 3 because they just could not get it done in time for release. Wild that even with all that, the game still ended up being as good as it is. Looking forward to Halo 3!
IIRC the brutal development was also the reason for the ludicrously punishing Legendary difficulty. Days before release, somebody noticed that Legendary simply wasn't difficult, and so instead of performing minute tweaks to make it "fair" but hard (because they didn't have time to playtest), they instead quickly jacked up all the damage numbers on enemies and shipped it immediately, resulting in the insane and blatantly unbalanced instakills that plague Halo 2 Legendary.
@@JustSomeKittenwithaGun I think Halo 2's broken legendary has become almost a staple to the game now. It has very much become a part of its identity and I personally wouldn't want current team to alter it or fix it even if they could. Although I highly doubt they could. Halo 2 is quite infamous for being put together by lots of duct tape and hope. Even minor changes to it's AI or any other aspect could make it completely unplayable.
@@JustSomeKittenwithaGun I know of a really great mod that fixes the legendary and a lot of the guns and is incredible play through. The mod is called "Ruby's Rebalanced" makes legendary actually playable but still difficult. Of course there is glory in being able to show other people that you beat Halo 2 OG no mods no skulls on legendary. But the features added and tweaked make the experience very enjoyable.
I had the black ops 2 video pop up again in recommended today and I thought “You know it’s been a while since the CE playthrough, I wonder when he’ll upload Halo 2”. I expected a very painful playthrough and 5 hours means that was probably the case. I can’t wait.
@@S0ur Prepare for Halo 3 and ODST to be really chill playthroughs, they aren't that difficult but they're both really fun. 4 and Reach have some tough spots but unless you're playing LASO it's nothing like Halo 2's rough patches.
2:11:44 Vehicle health in Halo 2/3 IS tied to your health, the "damaged" state is all cosmetic. A burning tank is just as resilient as a new undamaged tank, same with all vehicles. if anything the banshee having both broken wings is actually a good thing because it shrinks the wing hitbox slightly
Is that fully true though? I’m fairly certain that being in a damaged vehicle results in health depleting faster. Sure, you still have to die for the vehicle to explore, but the vehicle protects you less. That changed when Halo reach made vehicles tied to their own health pool. But I’m speaking from 15 year memories. I haven’t been involved in this franchise in about a decade.
@@ToliG123 didn't look at the code or anything, but the 100s of games of me going absolutely rabid at one dude in a Banshee on Ascension running the entire lobby made me come to the conclusion that it's completely tied to your health. Also vaguely remember testing it out in a custom match with a buddy. How much damage you take is only affected by what vehicle you're driving. IIRC 7 BR bursts or so can kill a warthog driver, but it takes much more for scorpion drivers, and that's just about the most variation in regards to vehicle health
@@coolbeans3635 In Halo 2, vehicle damage is mostly cosmetic, some vehicles do technically protect you less since there’s less of the vehicle to protect you, but for the banshee in particular, it always covers you anyway, so it’s actually harder to shoot a damaged banshee. In Halo 3, damaged vehicles straight up take more damage as they deteriorate, a full health scorpion can eat a spartan laser shot, but another shot after that will basically always kill you even if you have full shields. You can also destroy a ghost even if it has a rider by shooting its gas tank.
Glad your not the type of person that gives up because a game is hard. Knowledge comes from learning from our mistakes. Failure doesn't mean the end, but a chance to learn.
There's just something about the Marines' dialogue that resonates with my soul. Halo 2 absolutely nailed the "battlefield humor" aspect of the military. They might be getting their asses kicked by the covenant, but the human spirit will always live on. No matter what it takes.
@@S0uralso the dialogue in the cinematic when johnson is delivering you the first tank (in metropolis i think?) In easy and normal dificulties he says “when i was in the corps we were asigned a stick and a rock for the whole platoon, and we had to share the rock” Or something like that, i havent played halo 2 in a long time
Broke my fingers today and now i have something to enjoy for the next 5 hours. It's always enjoyable watching to play games, especially when it's your first playthrough. I hoped you enjoyed it and I can't wait to see what you play next.
Ok maybe base legendary isnt that bad. LASO is a different beast all together, for example that intro room on Gravemind is hell on earth, in case you arent aware here are the list of skulls for H2 LASO Anger - Enemies fire their weapons faster and more frequently. Assassins - All enemies in the game are permanently cloaked. Black Eye - Your shields only recharge when you melee enemies. Bash your way to better health! Blind - HUD and weapon do not display onscreen. Catch - Enemies throw and drop more grenades. Famine - Weapons dropped by AI have half the ammo they normally would. You might want to pack an extra magazine. Ghost - AI no longer flinch from attacks. Grunt Birthday Party - Grunt headshots lead to glorious celebrations. Iron - Death carries a heavy price. Dying in co-op resets you at your last saved checkpoint. Dying solo restarts the level. IWHBYD - Rare combat dialogue becomes more common. Mythic - Enemies have increased health. Sputnik - Mass of objects is decreased, making them more easily displaced. That’s Just…Wrong - Increases enemy awareness of player. Thunderstorm - Upgrades the rank of most enemies The skulls that make LASO so difficult are Iron, Thats Just.... Wrong, Famine, and Blackeye. That's Just Wrong, is where the Sniper Jackle meme comes from cause you kill 1 and all the others immediately snap to your position and dome you
In Halo 2's case, Iron makes no difference on co-op because it's already baked-in that anyone dying on co-op resets to last checkpoint on legendary. It's the only game where that's the case, and hence what makes Halo 2 legendary even more notoriously difficult as in every other game, players can respawn on each other in co-op.
Finally. A play thorough of Halo 2 by a competent gamer. No Fake reactions, Obvious improvement throughout the game, and no fake reactions to make the game look hard nor make yourself look so damn stupid.
It's absolutely hilarious to see that the whole memory of sniper alley being so difficult is just that, a memory, nostalgia. You show very well why even a first-timer is able to clear it relatively fast with nothing but some thinking of strategy and not being hampered with the lack of patience a 6 year old would have :D That, and not being stuck to a controller Also that "come out, Arbiter!" "Okay! I'm gay!" made me crack up so hard, I love this series and your commentary style, please keep doing these ♥
controller doesn't make it harder, we were just all less experienced back then. Halo CE popularized the twin-stick controls every 3D video game has used for the last 15 or so years, but in 2004 not every game had adopted those controls. I still play with controller and it's easier than it used to be just because I've had time to play a million video games with almost the exact same controls as Halo.
I still think Halo 2 legendary is not fun because there’s most of the weapons aren’t viable and that’s probably the bigger issue than jackal snipers and high enemy damage
His playthrough really shows off how designed for strategic weapon usage Bungie Halo was - if you know the strats, it can look fast and smooth, but if you aren't using Those weapons, or just can't get them, things get rough fast.
Oh man, super excited for this! I'll have you know I'm watching this instead of studying for my finals, and I'm gonna fkin enjoy it! As someone who struggled to complete Halo 2 on heroic even on co-op, I can't wait to see how you get through this. Something I failed to mention in my comment on the last Halo video was how chill you seem to be. Like, you have such a chill attitude. This is something I didn't know I was craving from gaming communities. 2:00:30 "Come out, Arbiter!" "I'm gay" He did it, folks. Gay Arbiter is now canon in this playthrough.
Doing these must take quite a long time. Not only do you have to play it all, but then go through all of it again when editing. Glad to have these playthroughs.
I am 3:30:30 in and its just like what happened to games. This story line has been so good why did all of these big corporations seem to just gut their writing teams and creative talent. Holy. I have never seen The original Halo games until you played them and haven't really played them other than some fun on 3 and Reach MP. I can understand why people are so upset about the direction it went in. Even just generally these triple A games don't have this content behind them anymore. The passion. It shows
I mean I can name so many games that came out late 90's into the early 2000's that have set a standard in my heart and mind that I will never let go of. Halo being one of the biggest ones. Another great company being Blizzard and specifically Warcraft. Great for this era of games is an understatement. I honestly think masterpiece is a better word.
Awwww man Ive been waiting for this since your CE vid, and it actually made me try to, I'm on halo 3 legendary now. It's been a challenge lol. Love the vids man.
Love seeing you take on Legendary, and hearing your kind of zen gamer philosophy about difficulty. I feel the same way, or at least I love watching other people take on these wild challenges, learn, grow, and overcome them. There's something beautiful about that. Plus the sheer childhood nostalgia Flooding back in for Halo 2, watching you rediscover this great franchise one game at a time.
Same! For some reason young me had no idea what was happening outside the window every time I played the first level. Then I remember watching some developer commentary video that pointed out the boarding craft and the exploding stations and I was like "Ohhhh..".
Yeah, but Bungie really should've come up with ways to make other weapons more viable. In CE, the AR had a trait of stunlocking the hell out of enemies. I think they could've brought that idea back with the SMG, made it even better at that, and given high-level enemies better helmets that would stop them from dropping as soon as their shield goes down, amongst other things
@@colbyboucher6391 Agreed. Im not saying it’s a good sandbox by any means though. Im just saying this is the Halo 2 we have so using w/e you want to accomplish something shouldn’t be seen as lesser unless it was some sort of no plasma run or something like that.

The feeling of accomplishing something stupidly difficult is worth the struggle IMO. That's what kept me going when trying to solo flawless Prophecy for the first time in D2 xd Then having Deep Space Lullaby play back in Orbit after finishing it? Pure bliss.
Just watched the whole video and man do I see how much effort you put in these videos. And it’s so cool seeing someone who has never played this game absolutely destroy what’s known as the hardest halo. I enjoyed every hour of this video. Your editing, humor and commentary makes this so easy to watch and keep attention. Every description you give explains how you feel and how you are gunna get by the parts you’re having trouble with. Keep up this amazing work and hopefully I can see you make more halo legendary runs.

A 5+ hour edited video is nuts! I can only image how long that took. And of course, well done conquering legendary! I do think Halo 2 is hard relative to the rest of the series, but I also think (from a Halo fan perspective) it's easy to forget that it may not be as formidable when compared beyond its own franchise. In reality, you demonstrated that the difficulty is really a duel with patience. If you come in with that mindset (as you did), then it is very doable. All in all, a very enjoyable video. I'm looking forward to Halo 3!
Glad you came around to the Carbine! It’s pretty much just a BR. Sentinel Beam is really good on Flood - makes sense considering it comes from the drones made to contain Flood outbreaks. Energy sword is good too, but not ideal since you need to be in range of the Flood’s deadly melee. I remember as a kid I did a Legendary run but also reloaded if any of my NPC squad died. Will have to try one soon.
Seeing someone who is really into Destiny exploring the Halo games for the first time has been a genuinely fascinating thing. It's given a new perspective for me that I really appreciate. I love both series but encountered them in the reverse order, so watching these has legit been a new experience. Cheers, probably my favorite blind playthroughs of the series to date.
Hey check out mandloregaming review/play through of the marathon games. Bungies awesome goes back even further. (Also you'll find brain worms from 1995 that make it sound like they were already writing destiny lore back then.)
I love watching people experience halo for the first time, thank you for sharing this with us Being patient and using precision weapons are the two best skills imo when it comes to higher difficulty halo games, so seeing how you tackled the beginning section of Gravemind was a joy to watch. I really hope you decide to do halo 3 and beyond as well!
Very Excited for Legendary Halo3, Reach, ODST, and 4, long way down the road, it's been a blast seeing someone doing a blind run, who is pretty damn good at the game.
I hope you go through the rest of the games, this was wonderful to watch - getting to relive my nostalgia while also hearing a fresh take on the series is a treat.
I’ve been enjoying the hell out of you experiencing my favorite games for the first time. Honestly a lot of charm is seeing you learn as you go whether it be with the graphics toggle or anything gameplay wise.
This was such an entertaining and nicely done video. I cant believe i just rawdogged the full 5 hours of it. Keep up the great work and congrats for the acomplishment that is legendary Halo 2!
Really enjoyed the first video. Really looking forward to this one. Definitely my favourite Halo game especially because its the first fps game i remember playing on the OG Xbox.
Sgt Johnson is part of the first wave of spartan soldiers, but they were not asa good as the next generation from which Chief came. Thats one of the reasons why the flood wasnt able to infect him. The book First Strike covers what happens directly after Halo CE
@@RoyalFusilierexcept it wasn’t a retcon. The terminals of the Librarian’s accounts in halo 3 and her logs in Reach show that Bungie had already separated the humans and forerunners.
Just finished this video and now i'm a big fan of the channel! One thing I'm a little sad about is that you never found out that you can actually board enemy vehicles. It's actually the same mechanic that you use to kill the prophet of regret. I remember that used to be like one of the big advertising points of cool features in Halo 2 and I always thought it was cool when I was really little.
Loved the playthrough It's so interesting watching people play and not instinctively shoot at the portals the sentinels come out of and forget the invisibility every flood level is pretty much a run through with that ability 😆😆
You consistently make very captivating videos and I love watching them through. Thanks for another great one that I watched throughout the entire work week! I think everyone was warning you because they got this game way back when on Xbox and played it for years on controller, which you stated at the end would’ve “absolutely made the game no fun”. You see the horror stories of aim assist on COD being in favor of the player. In Halo, they do not babysit you with aim assist, sure there is some, but you are a bit more lost, which adds more challenge. I’m glad you’re enjoying these and can’t wait for you to keep working your way through the series!
Oh boy I can't wait to watch the Gravemind run. "Brutes! The faster you can kill those brutes the better. They don't have shield generators, so take them out before -- IT'S BESERKING" is forever engraved into my brain doing this on LASO
Oh hell yeah been waiting for this🤘🏾 Edit: just finished watching your playthrough, man you really did breeze through this most of the parts of the game, watching you get sniped by the jackal snipers was hilarious lol can’t wait for Halo 3 and beyond man!
S0ur you're a competent player that likes the challenge, I would turn on some skulls to make Halo 3 more of a challenge. Bungie made Halo 3 slightly less threatening because of complaints with 2, as a result it feels easier than CE or 2. Most of the skulls also make the game play more tedious, like no reticle, double health etc, though there's 3 that add difficulty without the tedium. Tough luck makes enemies dodge more Catch makes enemies throw more grenades Thunderstorm increases the rank of some enemies You don't need them on, but if H3 doesn't quite have the punch you're wanting these 3 can make it feel more similar to CE and 2.
I think another major factor of why people found halo 2 legendary so hard is while playing split-screen, if either player dies then you both have to reset to the last checkpoint. In all other halos, player A could go hide in a corner and player B would respawn. It was grueling if you weren’t on the same page as your teammate!
It’s funny to see him use Rtas ‘Vadum (turret man) as a convenient punching bag to distract the enemies. “Yeah, sure, don’t worry- I’m in the next game, so I’m invincible.”
Thank you, once again, for keeping me from severe boredom whilst I work. Still find it hard to believe that someone has played their first ever halo play throughs in hardcore… Absolute mad man. Love it.
Forcing your vehicle through spots they were not intended to fit through is quintessential Halo gameplay.

@@OGXenosThere is no excuse to not fix that now in the digital age.
Thank you so much for subtitling the video! I have an auditory processing issue and the subtitles help massively. You're awesome ❤
Not enough UA-camrs do proper subtitles. Just another reason to love S0ur
Thankfully, the world is growing more accessible; not a day too soon.
Let’s goooooooooo I’ve been waiting for this since the first halo video
I had the black ops 2 video pop up again in recommended today and I thought “You know it’s been a while since the CE playthrough, I wonder when he’ll upload Halo 2”. I expected a very painful playthrough and 5 hours means that was probably the case. I can’t wait.
Hah, to temper expectations the length is mostly just due to all the epic cutscenes. It was a fun one for sure 🙂
@@S0ur Prepare for Halo 3 and ODST to be really chill playthroughs, they aren't that difficult but they're both really fun. 4 and Reach have some tough spots but unless you're playing LASO it's nothing like Halo 2's rough patches.
@@S0ur Halo 2 LASO when?
2:11:44 Vehicle health in Halo 2/3 IS tied to your health, the "damaged" state is all cosmetic. A burning tank is just as resilient as a new undamaged tank, same with all vehicles. if anything the banshee having both broken wings is actually a good thing because it shrinks the wing hitbox slightly
No way! I never knew that!
Just the banshee wingclipping....
@@dogshrapnel thanks bowser
Glad your not the type of person that gives up because a game is hard. Knowledge comes from learning from our mistakes. Failure doesn't mean the end, but a chance to learn.
There's just something about the Marines' dialogue that resonates with my soul. Halo 2 absolutely nailed the "battlefield humor" aspect of the military.
They might be getting their asses kicked by the covenant, but the human spirit will always live on. No matter what it takes.
Bro got the rare dialogue first play through of the game 😭
Oh? Neat, curious what dialogue
@@S0ur in the armory when Johnson enters, “shut your chili hole” during speed runs getting that dialogue actually saves a whopping 1 second
Lmao nice. HUGE time save for me, that definitely helped me get a competitive time
@@S0urYou sure gained 1 second!
@@S0uralso the dialogue in the cinematic when johnson is delivering you the first tank (in metropolis i think?)
In easy and normal dificulties he says “when i was in the corps we were asigned a stick and a rock for the whole platoon, and we had to share the rock”
Or something like that, i havent played halo 2 in a long time
the real legendary moment in this vid is to endure Halo 2 Legendary, dying dozens of times and somehow not lose your cool
now THAT'S legendary
Fr the part towards gravemind where he started getting a lil salty is how I start out lol
Broke my fingers today and now i have something to enjoy for the next 5 hours. It's always enjoyable watching to play games, especially when it's your first playthrough. I hoped you enjoyed it and I can't wait to see what you play next.
This is such a well edited series. It's delightful how much you enjoyed this.
Ok maybe base legendary isnt that bad. LASO is a different beast all together, for example that intro room on Gravemind is hell on earth, in case you arent aware here are the list of skulls for H2 LASO
Anger - Enemies fire their weapons faster and more frequently.
Thunderstorm - Upgrades the rank of most enemies
The skulls that make LASO so difficult are Iron, Thats Just.... Wrong, Famine, and Blackeye.
That's Just Wrong, is where the Sniper Jackle meme comes from cause you kill 1 and all the others immediately snap to your position and dome you
I believe Satan placed Halo 2 LASO on this earth to give mortals a taste of what true hell is.
@@TheMasterUnityLOL
In Halo 2's case, Iron makes no difference on co-op because it's already baked-in that anyone dying on co-op resets to last checkpoint on legendary.
It's the only game where that's the case, and hence what makes Halo 2 legendary even more notoriously difficult as in every other game, players can respawn on each other in co-op.
Jackel snipers in Halo 2 on legendary is something you will remember for the rest of your life.
that's gotta be the chillest blind legendary Gravemind i've ever seen, funny as fuck too
subbing immediately
You show very well why even a first-timer is able to clear it relatively fast with nothing but some thinking of strategy and not being hampered with the lack of patience a 6 year old would have :D That, and not being stuck to a controller
Also that "come out, Arbiter!" "Okay!
When you said the carbine was bad my inner nerd was screaming at you. Glad you had a change of heart tho
2:00:30
"Come out, Arbiter!"
"I'm gay"
He did it, folks. Gay Arbiter is now canon in this playthrough.
Study! D: Thanks gamer
The small little edits that you do never cease to make me chuckle. Loving this so far.
11:15 I’m amazed everyone misses that but you saw the boardingcraft. Heck I’ve only noticed that little detail when I’ve seen the developer commentary
Same! For some reason young me had no idea what was happening outside the window every time I played the first level.
Then I remember watching some developer commentary video that pointed out the boarding craft and the exploding stations and I was like "Ohhhh..".
It’s been a while since I’ve anticipated a video as much as this one
“Noob combo” is entirely valid. In the game for a reason and is absolutely fire in Halo 2
n00b*
@@ThatsJustMid Well it is lesser in the sense its easier, it would be more impressive to do a no plasma run
It's only really frowned upon in multiplayer, in campaign nobody cares.
Need Halo 3 legendary playthrough ASAP from you, it was a blast watching this vid in one sitting bruh in my leave
Thank you again for the captions it means a lot, i love how while playing instead of getting frustrated you take a step back and adjust gameplay. Good video as always

It has me tilted off the face of the earth for some reason.
I'm genuinely disappointed that the algo didn't make this video pop off. You deserve it, S0ur. Great vid as always and I hope you continue the Halo series (including Halo Wars)
As someone who has also never played Halo, this is a fun way to vicariously get the lore lol
You definitely should play the games. The lore is awesome but the gameplay is even better.

those remade cutscenes are so fucking gorgeous. They really cooked on the Halo 2 remaster
They just hit the second halo!

The feeling of accomplishing something stupidly difficult is worth the struggle IMO. That's what kept me going when trying to solo flawless Prophecy for the first time in D2 xd
Then having Deep Space Lullaby play back in Orbit after finishing it?
Thanks!
me: Sees that S0ur has uploaded a Halo 2 Blind legendary run. Has flashbacks of my own... after I had even beaten the game first normally. Oh god... What a madman.
S0ur: It can't be that bad!
me: Oh this is gonna be good.
5 hours and a really tough challenge? S0ur videos are always worth the wait. Let the Halo journey continue
If this was laso ohh my lordd. Loved this!
I love watching people experience halo for the first time, thank you for sharing this with us
Being patient and using precision weapons are the two best skills imo when it comes to higher difficulty halo games, so seeing how you tackled the beginning section of Gravemind was a joy to watch.
I really hope you decide to do halo 3 and beyond as well!
Love these longplay vids man
Very Excited for Legendary Halo3, Reach, ODST, and 4, long way down the road, it's been a blast seeing someone doing a blind run, who is pretty damn good at the game.
I hope you go through the rest of the games, this was wonderful to watch - getting to relive my nostalgia while also hearing a fresh take on the series is a treat.
Great stuff, really loved the Halo CE video.
Was waiting for this! Love this series
YES! just finished your halo CE playthrough, and went to check if you’ve done 2 yet. Super hyped for this.
This is the most positive Legendary Halo 2 run I've ever seen. You have earned my like.
My involuntary reaction upon seeing the title: "Oh god..."
Why? Because of legendary? I beat this game on legendary at like 13 years old... If you play FPS games, it's not THAT hard.
Don’t think I’ve been so entertained by such a long video before. Can’t wait for the next halo video 😄
Watched the whole thing. This was like watching a friend play H2 legendary for the first time. Thanks man!!
It's so much fun to watch someone who's good at FPS games to play Halo for the first time. Glad you enjoyed Halo 2 I hope you enjoy the next ones
Really enjoyed the first video. Really looking forward to this one. Definitely my favourite Halo game especially because its the first fps game i remember playing on the OG Xbox.
I just gotta say I love your high pitch voice crack laugh. There's just something so genuine and wholesome about it.
Sgt Johnson is part of the first wave of spartan soldiers, but they were not asa good as the next generation from which Chief came. Thats one of the reasons why the flood wasnt able to infect him. The book First Strike covers what happens directly after Halo CE
The shields all have a hole on one side. Pop that, the jackal flubs their shield, carbine headshot. Carbine/brute shot was my go-to
This might be my favourite video of yours man, now I'm just super excited for you to do 3, ODST and Reach
the gravemind is basically the core of the flood hivemind, he controlls them all
LOVE these videos, hope to see more soon 😊
I just watched your CE play through and this video, I need Halo 3 now!!!
There was actually a *super* interesting reason for why only humans are considered reclaimers, but 343 decided to retcon it when they made Halo 4.
I liked that original plan for the lore, but it's too late for regrets.
Frank ‘O Connor decided to ruin it*
please elaborate? i’m curious
@@RoyalFusilierexcept it wasn’t a retcon. The terminals of the Librarian’s accounts in halo 3 and her logs in Reach show that Bungie had already separated the humans and forerunners.
Been waiting for this for a while.
Love watching you play the Halo games! I hope you continue the story
Whispers near IO was the craziest Easter egg ever. Love Halo so much.
After halo 3 you should do the “Cursed Halo” mod for Halo 1! Soooo much fun and I think you would appreciate the difficulty
I love this, and you're amazing for putting this up! I've been waiting for this for weeks! You're my favorite UA-camr right now Sour!🎉
Honestly the only thing bout this play through is him not using the arbiters invisibility at ALL, its sooooo useful especially on the flood missions
Loved the playthrough
It's so interesting watching people play and not instinctively shoot at the portals the sentinels come out of and forget the invisibility every flood level is pretty much a run through with that ability 😆😆
I love seeing you picking up the right tactics as you go
Please please do halo 3 soon! Loved your two videos on halo! Please don’t make us wait too long! You’re awesome man!!
"Come out, arbiter!"
"Im gay"
That was more funny than it had any right to be lol 2:00:31
I was waiting so long for you to realize you can destroy the holes that the sentinel drones fly out of 😭 Agony!!
Great job!
Oh boy I can't wait to watch the Gravemind run. "Brutes! The faster you can kill those brutes the better. They don't have shield generators, so take them out before -- IT'S BESERKING" is forever engraved into my brain doing this on LASO
Oh hell yeah been waiting for this🤘🏾
Edit: just finished watching your playthrough, man you really did breeze through this most of the parts of the game, watching you get sniped by the jackal snipers was hilarious lol can’t wait for Halo 3 and beyond man!
Tough luck makes enemies dodge more
Catch makes enemies throw more grenades
Thunderstorm increases the rank of some enemies
You don't need them on, but if H3 doesn't quite have the punch you're wanting these 3 can make it feel more similar to CE and 2.
@@theCelticDragon1 Everyone was so worried about him playing on Legendary and this guy wants him to make it harder, I love it
I concur; the third installment doesn’t have the teeth of Halo 2 so these are a good suite of skulls to turn on for a player of S0ur’s ability.
Oh boy my day off and this beautiful creation is uploaded nice way to spend the rest of my day off
I think another major factor of why people found halo 2 legendary so hard is while playing split-screen, if either player dies then you both have to reset to the last checkpoint. In all other halos, player A could go hide in a corner and player B would respawn. It was grueling if you weren’t on the same page as your teammate!
how the hell has this video not got more views?
nice vid i enjoy your run through halo ce and this one aswell now we wait for the halo 3 run
Still find it hard to believe that someone has played their first ever halo play throughs in hardcore…
