NEWA has done clinical studies so they’re able to say that you’ll see about 4% collagen increase in 3 months. While that’s about 4 years worth of loss for many women under 40, it’s not going to be something really significant visually tho and I think most collagen induction therapy type treatments really take 6-12 months. The other thing is that many of the things that bother people like jowling, marionette lines, nasolabial folds, etc are actually due to the facial fat pads not the skin so we’re limited there.
I obviously love my NEWA and have for a long time or I wouldn’t have become an affiliate. But home options just take time, that’s the only downside vs spending the money for in office.

Love watching your videos - so very informative. There is a nice difference in the before and after photos, but like you said, 4 weeks is probably not enough time to see major changes. I've had skin tightening treatments professionally done in the past and if I remember correctly, the best results are noticed quite a few months after treatment. So, this may hold true for at home use devices too.

Jodylynn, you know those lines - I have them faintly, but I was born with them 😱. I hate them! Makeup covers them, but seriously, one thing that has softened them has been microneedling over them every 4 weeks at .75mm. I can’t say that’s safe, but it’s working for me. Thank you for sharing your Newa experience 💝

I like the Newa, I think I just always hope for more! I'm very early 40s but I've noticed (and I didn't expect so early) that in the last 3 years my marionette lines have really kicked in, added to that, some mouth droop/lines... I'm not too bothered about the lines on my forehead (although they're joining the party for sure!).. But the lower face - marionettes, drooping mouth corners , jowls, are all really unwanted so soon.. and honestly quite depressing to me. It really does affect me, inc the clothes I wear, the appearance I give (like I'm miserable when I'm not!), I feel uncomfortable.. Its that big a deal I've considered a mini facelift!
I guess I wish I was aging better tbh, seems kinda unfair. I don't drink, smoke, I workout, try to eat right, I take some medication but overall try to take care of my skin.
That said, I do like the Newa, I tried Tripollar Stop but felt it was a waste of time.. I have an LED mask, a Myolift, a back sleeping pillow.. But these marionette lines don't want to leave!

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment and thank you for the kind words. I'm curious, how long have you been using the Newa? Also, have you tried professional RF? I think that would really help that area. Also Truth Treatment Microcurrent has EMS technology that helps the lower face. I just recently came across Morpheus 8 treatment which is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation treatment. It is microneedling and RF, this is an in office procedure. I'll be honest, I don't know much about it, just came across recently. Thank you so much for being here. Keep me posted on what you do. Love yourself and be kind to yourself I'm sure you are just as beautiful as your spirit. 🙏♥️
Finally someone that openly talks about those pesky lines!!! I also have them, have been in the hunt to fade them…. came to realize that they are caused by face fat loss 😱 so my options were basically limited to fillers 😣… but you have given me some hope… I DO see improvements in your skin, it looks more “bouncing” (not sure if that’s even a word) … if you were able to attain those results in just a couple weeks I would love to see the improvements in a couple more months. Please keep sharing your progress ☺️

Good morning! You know I actually do see slight improvement on the left side (so your right) the one that runs a bit lower. Take another look. I truly do see some improvement 😃 I also have the Myolift and the Newa and have been using both 5-6 days a week, been doing it for several months now I have not gone into maintenance mode. I do Newa first then immediately do micro current so I can get the most from the gel. Plus the RF warms up the face nicely for the MC.

@@AgingNaturallywithJodylynn 🙂 yes another set does help. It’s hard for me to see or notice changes in myself but I do get the random complaint here and there so that helps. The one thing I have noticed is the skin under my chin is tightening up 😃😃 getting the early stages of turkey neck 😩 and that is from the Newa 😄 Love to see results in a few more months compared to the very first pic. You might want to check out Osmosis Beauty Recovery supplement! It could be that you are losing mass in your under eye area which will enhance that line on your cheek. Recovery is meant to help fill in those areas.

Annie, RF is great for smile lines (check out mt 6-month update on this device.) Microcurrent the Erase mode, can help lines around the mouth as well as the Evenskyn Venus (video coming soon).

I have the Newa but felt it looked like I lost fat around my mouth. Maybe it tighten the skin which gave the look of lost fat. I stopped using it. Used also 4+ weeks 5xs a week.
Try going down to 2-3 times a week. ♥️

Hello! Yes you can. Newa indicates waiting 1-hour after the treatment to add your Tretinoin. However, I never waited. I just did my skincare routine as usual. But if you are experiencing lots of redness from the treatment, I suggest waiting the hour or add your Tretinoin on top of your moisturizer to ensure no irritation. I hope that helps. 🙏♥️

Hello Kimi. No! HOWEVER, if it is not used properly meaning it is overused, it could potentially. Use as directed and you will be fine.
But newa is 24 minutes. 4 minutes on each area. I do an additional 4 minutes on my lips!

Why can’t it be used on the forehead?
Because of the megahertz. Retinol, microcurrent, and chemical peels are my favorites for the forehead.

I used the Newa for one year and didn't see any difference. Out of the 3 devices I own this has been the least effective. If Newa died on me today I wouldn't buy another one. Glad its working out for some, but for me I saw no dif.... nada, nothing.
That is so strange, I'm curious, how often were you using it per week for the year?
I started out last Aug 2021 using it 5x's a week for the first 5 weeks then 3x's a week there after never missing a week and seriously nothing. The only thing I might get out of Newa from watching other youtubes is that it can be used to warm up my muscles before I use my NuFace Microcurrent Device which I bought 4 mos ago, and that's kind of all I use Newa for now. I believe in heat helping tighten the skin so I was disappointed.
