  • One of the more beautiful and magical books ever written is "Faeries" by Brian Froud & Alan Lee. This review not only talks about the book, but it mentions the story of Eric Muss-Barnes meeting Brian Froud and his wife Wendy back in 2003 in Santa Monica.

I wish I had known years ago that these were the people behind those movies and that style. I just kind of lumped it all to Henson

Jim Henson was the genius behind the puppetry, but Brian and Wendy were the geniuses behind the designs.

Keep speaking English America? As an author, surely you could have come up with a better catchphrase, right? I like the way you tell a story though.

"Keep speaking English, America." is a fantastic catchphrase, because it serves a twofold purpose:
      1. It is a reference to the song which immediately begins to play in the end credits, called "American English" by The Canoes.
      2. It's also a way to emphasize the beauty of the English language and remind people to love and cherish the poetry of verse.
Thanks for watching. I appreciate knowing you enjoyed my storytelling.
