6:23 looks like back in the day when NVMe drives were still running off of PCIe lanes provided by the chipset, Dell chose to go with the lowest end skylake/kaby lake chipset being the H110, which doesn’t provide any NVMe lanes at all
So in 2018 they sold a computer that had an already almost 2 years old CPU....Still,the earlier builds of Windows 10 ran acceptable on hard drives and that was probably the reason they sold Windows 10 pcs with hdds. From 2019 and up Windows 10 started to become completely unusable on any hard drive
165 processes in background way too much - there is nothing done with system config cpu basic level - 4 cores already not enough in some cases, memory amount seems ok but config maybe wrong, hdd 100% garbage that at 2:47 , lets take look further
thats why i hate dell because there is no replaceable batteries for their laptops like the celeron laptops and the charger port is soldered onto the motherboard which is irritating

I did scrap a Dell system of similar age with the NVMe slot, though it was an Optiplex system.
@@CubeComputerChannel yeah that probably used something like the Q170 my optiplex 7040 has

With how cheap SSDs are nowadays, it's a no-brainer.. I can't go back to standard hard drives for OS stuff lol
With how bloated Windows is these days, an SSD is a must
Well I think I found your problem... It is a Dell Inspiron.
when i have this situation 256-512 SSD and the 1TB HDD problem solved
