While its an enjoyable episode this literally contradicts the who did it to Trina ep where cat remembers tori and Trina were sentenced to sushi chef, only to be reminded by tori, Andre, jade, Rex, and Robbie that she was talking about the i love sushi episode from drake and josh. In short this episode created a massive plothole
Not necessarily. Drake and Josh could just be a reality show about the lives of a real family in the Victorious universe. It's kind of like how the show about the Kardashians is about real celebrities but the situations they deal with in the show end up being exaggerated or scripted.

Shouldn't Tori be called Victoria in school records instead of just Tori? Also, when did they do reauditions? Middle of the school year? I can't imagine seniors and possibly juniors being OK with that without resistance. Before the school year or even early in the school year would have been the best time or end of the year and give the kid and their parents the whole summer to find another school.
