you never show the adjuster. what is the adjuster is too tight and the drum wont come off? Then what?

There’s a rubber plug behind the adjuster on the backside of the wheel. Pull that off and use a flat screwdriver to turn the adjustment wheel. You’ll know which direction is right by checking of the wheel gets harder to turn (that’s the wrong direction)
