Sin Sanity yeah Vince is a little out touch with pop culture (not really a good thing since wrestling has to play to pop culture a lot). Scott Hall said that when he pitched the character of Razor Ramon and based a lot of it on Scarface, Vince thought that it was Hall completely original idea. He had never seen Scarface or heard of it. Hall had to explain the movie to Vince. This was 10+ years after it had come out.
