Oh, that resonates so much with my sense of my own path: The rememberance of a time when women and their wisdom where honoured and the earth was sacred... I want to help to spread the indigenous wisdom of how to live in harmony with nature and the planet, I want to serve and empower women and to thus contribute to the (re)rise of the devine feminin. And yes, I love "The Alquemist", too and had the experience: when you are aligned and on the path of the heart, the whole universe conspires to help you get there where you serve best. Wow. So happy to see ladies are now taking themselves seriously and are becoming a true force of good for all that is. As a baby boomer of the first wave a girl was expected to follow a specific path but as a toddler I chose a different non traditional path that I felt in my bones was to be a trail blazer for other girls into a field of professional music as a brass instrument professional. In the late 60's only a few females were hired and most were violinists. Few french horn players were ever hired. Then I taught instrumental music to children and adults for 40 years trying to always embrace the whole person . It was so rewarding to see a tiny blossom of a person bloom into a totally balanced adult using the pursuit of music to find their true self. All the arts can be used as a path to self actualization in combination with classical education. Using science as a means to understand the magic of the arts makes all learning integrated and enlightening. Many of us very old people walked this path alone. I was unbelievably fortunate to have a staunch feminist male partner from my late teens to my 70's who always stood by me as I forged my career. As a concert violinists and parents who were opera singers he totally understood the devine feminine . Both he and his Dad encouraged my every endeavor. endeavor. Employers ,however had questions. But as was said when you eork from your heart space nothing else matters. I proved that to myself when tasked with teaching a class of children from ages 9 to 16 of convicted murderers to play and sing music , to work together and learn all about how we can all make music such that they all were happy and learned a lot was my greatest joy. They found themselves not what society thought of thrm but wgat thdy now thought of themselves. The police guards were banushed yo outside of the classroom. We created our own sacred space for healing and discovery that was ours alone.❤
Thank you for reading. I was the one who gained the most. My present life has been a real learning experience. I was blessed with meeting with between 100 to 300 people a day and oh did we all have a grand learning time.
