@@aazaadgass in the case of Toga, if we analyze her character, she can the the type of girl who does crazy stuff, maybe she stole that outfit or something like that. Camie's power is kinda similar, but she may be more respectful, it would be good to know her school's cheerleader uniforms.
Toga's cheerleader costume actually lacks the "U A" writing, which is a nice detail, a nod towards the fact that she isn't a UA student.
They can do the same with Camie, but add a different color of clothing to separate her from Toga who is a villain.

As bad as this game is the visuals are pretty decent the gameplay is just awful. My hero can have a good game they just need better developers and hopefully better publishers cause Bandai kinda sucks
