- Ahh, G'day Mate! this is the Fourth day of Competition at Stonefield Gliding Club, South Australia & I get to be a "Meat Weight" during it! This is not only the first "True" Cross Country I've done, but also my first competition (even as a passenger, which I was today)
Our task was 228.9 km. we finished 3rd overall & I didn't touch the flight controls once (Need to start training again) While this is a difficult period in time right now, today was very much appreciated. Thank you Heath, Derek, Peter, Sid, Lynn (hope I spelt that right) Sam & everyone else. Neil, My thoughts are with you mate, always.

Great effort on jumping in, even as ballast! I considered flying this event, work commitments dictated otherwise.
Yeah Cheers, it was an awesome experience! Would've been good to see you there but yeah as a fellow Business Owner it can be hard at times. It's been my biggest restriction in getting back in the air for too long!
