Oh my gosh, you are so smart; I would never have thought to do what you've done but I'm going to try it! I have this stamp and am excited to see if I can copy along! Thank you for sharing your ideas!
@@Laura_Dovalo Laura, I freely admit that I do not have an imagination. I AM able to copy from those who do and I enjoy what I refer to as "second generation creativity." But over time I've observed that those people who do have imagination and can see beyond what is--to take that thing and then make it more and better (card making, home decorating, home remodelers, etc), think it's no big deal because those people can't understand that they are different, that honestly, not everyone can see beyond what's right in front of them, like me. But thank heavens that so many of you talented people share your creativity and imagination with the rest of us because through you we get to feel a bit creative too!
You are so creative. This card is soo amazing. I want to try this but first I have to get the little girl stamp. Thanks for the inspiration. And wish me luck, I'll need it.
csterls This is probably my most difficult card, but I needed to figure out the mechanism to get some peace of mind 😂 I wish you the best of luck and let me know if you need help. 😄
Wow! What a fun and super cute card. 😍 Love interactive cards, but been too "scared" to try them out. However, with your great tutorials I now am longing to make one. Am now a subscriber. So glad I found your channel. 😄👍🏻 Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much! Don't know about the walking motion, but it would be quite easy to make a kicking motion. You would just need to punch two holes in the upper part of the slightly bent leg and insert two brads, one to attach the leg to the card panel and the other one to attach the leg to the pull strip. You could even turn the pull strip into the other leg...
I'm so sorry, but I have no idea how the Scan N Cut works... I just scanned it with a regular scanner, used Photoshop to make the stamp larger and printed it, then colored and fussy cut it. But it sounds doable... Check out these tutorials: ua-cam.com/video/7FN5DZ53Oxk/v-deo.html (to resize an image) or ua-cam.com/video/thy4ncDZnWk/v-deo.html (if you want to convert a jpeg into a cut file). Hugs
@@Horsewoman-pt2ku Hello Horse woman ... have you been able to find tutorials for your SCAN 'n' Cut? I didn't spring for that one as yet, but do have the DESIGN 'n' Cut which uses an iPad as its input source. That machine, too, seems sorely lacking in tutorials to support it!! I have managed to get it cut out multiples of WISHBONES, which were scanned in as solid black images. However, I'd really like to find information as to how "duplicate image" across the whole field of what I'd like it cut out, AND how to cut out the INSIDE of my images -- as with, say, SNOWFLAKES... etc. Etc. ECT... Any help you can offer would be GREATLY appreciated!!
I applaud your ingenuity, B U T ... are we LEGALLY ALLOWED to "publish" our "adapted" stash items on Y.T.??? [[ No accusations intended here. I have wrestled with buying stamps and dies, etc., for the very reason that those items are often times just NOT the size, or direction, or whatever, I need. ]]
You are absolutely right! This video is quite old and I didn't even know that digital stamps existed back then or I would have searched for a similar type of image to use instead... However I did try to use the original stamp and it was just too small. Maybe I should delete the whole thing! It's not like I monetize my videos or anything... 😁
@@Laura_Dovalo I'M SORRY NOW THAT I EVEN BROUGHT IT UP!!! I -- and probably M A N Y others! -- would be very sad to see you remove this project from y.t. Thank you so much and thank your sweet friend for recommending my channel! That just blows me away!

I just applied a jumping jack mechanism to a card, but thanks Barb, you're so sweet! ☺️

Just found your channel. You ar so talented. Great cards and very clever mechanics
Thank you very much, that's so sweet of you! You can find more of my tutorials on the MFT Stamps channel (or maybe you came from there?). 🙂
You are quite the paper engineer and I enjoy watching you work and hearing your thoughts.
Thank you so much, this is definitely my most difficult card, but I had to get it out of my system. ;)

Maria Hultander Thank you so much, Maria! Your comment makes me very happy! 😄 This card is quite hard, but you could begin with a slider card...
Förresten så är mitt modersmål faktiskt svenska... 😄 Kram
Ja, det får jag nog göra... ;-)
Oj! vad kul! :-)
Jag föddes i Finland... mamma är finlandssvensk och pappa är spanjor. :)
Wow! This is awesome 👏🏻 I love it so much, the mechanics and texture and colors are all perfect.

Hi Jeannie. Well I'm not sure if I have the correct video. Was you on the Friend Hop last week?
Hello! Not sure if this comment is meant for me, but no I haven't participated in any blog hop... 😁 Hugs
You are mythical!!!! 🤩🤩

Laura Dovalo can explain further please about turning the strip into a leg
Mommed Mommed I made this short video clip (it's in hidden mode) which I hope will help: ua-cam.com/video/OVxDLE1kMuI/v-deo.html
What software did you scan your stamped image into? Smart thinking. Tfs
I used a regular Canon scan and then I made the picture larger with Photoshop. 😁
@@Laura_Dovalo after I scan it and put it in Photoshop can brother scan n cut cut it?? Tfs

Muchísimas gracias, Delia! :)
I love this!!!!
Thank you very much, Paula! ^_^
Thank you for sharing in the group I’m now subscribing to your channel. I love it!!! Did you use a regular scanner or a brothers scan and cut
Thank you, Tashica! I just used a regular scanner and printed it on a laser printer so that I could color it with Copic markers.
Amazing!!!!
Thank you very much! 😄
