Hi, I am a US Citizen, my wife was granted an IR1 Lawful Permanent Residency (LPR) and a Social Security number on 5/19/1997, and lived in the USA with me until 3/17/1999 and she had not returned to the USA since that date. Her Resident Alien Card expiry date is 06/10/2007.
My QUESTION is; if her LPR status is still active or not, and if I should file Form I-90 or Form I-130 all over again.
    Thanks

Thank you for this information. What if greencard expired a long time ago. Would it be worth it to start process all over again for parents of a citizen?

It depends on the exact situation. Sometimes it's worth it to start the process all over again.

    Good morning
My husband is a us resident but has been outside the US helping his sister for over a year. Now he is ready to come home. His green card has not expired. He is in canada. Will this be a problem for him to return? Thank you for your help.

This can be an issue when he comes back since he spent more than 1 year outside of the US without first being granted a re-entry permit. He might face some abandonment issues when he tries to re-enter. You should work with an immigration lawyer to plan for your husband's re-entry. Contact my office if you need assistance with this.

It is possible to visit the US as a tourist while a family petition is pending, but it can also be harder to get a tourist visa if you have a family petition pending.

    Hi there…
I have a question I’ll be glad if U answer my question plz…
We’ve filled out form I-131 for Travel Document, and our primary petitioner is my father.
I and my mom we have received Notice form I-134(Request for Evidence) my due date is April 2024, hers was in Feb 2024.
But my dad hasn’t received his Notice form I-134 for that reason we couldn’t fill out my mom’s form.
We requested uscis for an extension for my moms form N request to send a requested to upload my fathers form.
Do U think if they are going to approve to extend my mother’s RFE due date….?

Unfortunately I don't think that USCIS will extend your mother's RFE due date.
