Can I make a huge suggestion???
Ear monitors are terrible! I think everybody is using these, because it's just a FAD, a modern FAD, and folks are being pushed into using them.
Not only are they ugly, but, being a professional musician and singer, myself, they not only take you, as a performer, out of the full musical experience, they also will damage your hearing!!.
Especially when you are a Group!!
There is NOTHING< AND NEVER WILL BE< ANYTHING BETTER in this technical department, then traditional monitors on the stage, infront of you!
Try going back to so called, now, "old School", it is the best!!!!!
