The Arrival Hall at klia2 is located at Level 2 of the Main Terminal Building in Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2 (klia2). It is the final stop for all passengers on Domestic Arrivals and International Arrivals.
At the Arrival Hall, you will go through the immigration check, collect your luggage, shop for duty-free goods, and then clear the customs checkpoint to exit.
