They tried to make entry three or four times and were getting cut to pieces. Finally they just had their Combat Controller call in air support and direct the missiles into the bedroom of the house. I think that incident is why they started doing call outs with bullhorns.

Historically, the majority of the people who were tortured to death were innocent people. I think what he describe is a much more effective way of getting information.
