I dont recommend. Kutum also gives the ignore res which is way too underrated. If you dont get ccs off u usually dont get too much dmg off. So kutum is better in multiple ways

That alone should get you to like 1000+ evasion which is a good point to start off. You will feel a big diff to just dr. For more tankyness you wanna swap to muskan leeburs. 297-305 should be your ap goal. Preferably with 2 acc accessoirs. If your gear isnt crazy yet just get to 301 first before bothering with accuracy.
