I think that's what's happening to me now. Something has attached itself to me in the past 3 years. I've been more depressed than I ever have been. Financially struggling for some reason and it makes you feel weak even when you don't wanna be. I have like a few moments of good times and then it kinda just goes away after a while. People with good hearts and who are vulnerable and sensitive tend to have spirits cling to them more easily. Be safe.

I have always been interested in the paranormal I don't think I will be able to actually do a full investigation. watching it is totally different but to actually be in a dark room with a recorder listening to voices and something in the dark touches you, shit that is some wild stuff there.

You might want to look for someone who does spiritual cleansing, if something is holding on to you it can stay there for years and affect anything you have going on.
And for future reference when ever you are trying to contact spirit always protect yourself! Whether it's with a prayer or some kind of chant say it out loud or in your head to put it out into the universe "Please protect me with your white light, do not let anything negative or malicious come in contact with me" or something among those lines.

Couple years ago i would hear a weird sound in my right ear whenever i was trying to sleep. I had it for a couple months. It made me nervous i was trembling the whole night and i would even puke. It was the weirdest thing ever. I went to the doctor to get my ears checked but there was nothing wrong. It fucked me up real good lol
