Yes it is possible. Only downside is you wont be able to record the effected sound thats coming out of the RMX(going to the speakers) on the internal recording on the USB. and the output volume on the RMX will now be your master output (volume) and your booth speakers wont have the FX sound on it( since its only plugged in the master out) Also you wont be able to apply FX to an individual channel but the entire mix. I thought about getting a headphone amp costs like $25 USD just to have control of my headphones cue as well and it would work fine actually.
@@mixx_factory at the end of the day most of the people just want an RMX 1000 just to apply that damn roll effect on the build ups… so If that was the case, I would be ok with those compromises. Also, does the RMX 1000 App still works? and if yes, Is there a way to connect it to the XZ/RX3? (I don’t think so)
@bryan_r2312 only way it would work is having it as a master fx chain. Connecting your master out to the input of the RMX either with the rca or the TRS jacks then from the output of your RMX to the your speaker set up. You would use your RMX volume as your master volume.
But can you use it on both channels or just on one - so on every second track? I don’t get it exactly. How can you switch and use the rmx on deck 2? Thank you so far 🙏🏼
@RenéBlankenheim you can use it on both two channels since its returning to channel 3. Only issue is avoid using it on the master cue and doing the switching overs. But its possible. I have an update on this set up . I should maybe make a new video.
@@mixx_factory thanks mate! A new video would be perfect - I wanna make sure it works a 100% before I‘ll buy it. Otherwise it’s necessary. To keep the knob for the headphones totally on cue right? So using headphones is not usually but enough to mix I think. Regards, Rene 🙏🏼
cool
Thank you
is it possible to plug the RMX 1000 on the master output? Then you would send the processed signal directly to the speakers out of the RMX 1000

@francescog4511 no the rmx app does not work on the XDJ RX3 or the XDJ XZ. Since the USB ports are not multi I/O
@@Les_Gõr thank you for watching my video as well.
i was close to wasting all that money - cant record it!!!! thanks@@mixx_factory
Hi, and tanks for the video... I have denon prime 2, before to buy, do yo think it can work? I have only 2 channels... thanks
You will to route it through the AUX input. It should work . And use the cue to send signal
nice!
Thanks bro 🔥💯
Can you connect rmx1000 to rx3?
If so, how?

@bryan_r2312 someone on UA-cam has that similar set up .
