    Bonjour Jögge, merci de cette vidéo instructive. Je voudrais savoir pourquoi les couteaux croche Mora possèdent 2 biseaux, alors que souvent en sculpture de cuillère ou autre projet, il est préférable d’ôter le biseau? Merci pour votre réponse, Michèle

    Please,Is the steel on the Classic No2 harder than the Carbon steel blades on the more common models with the polymer handles? Is it the same hardness as the laminate carving knives? Thanks in advance

    1:46 the mystery of regrinded hook knife is solved Ladies and Gentlemen! The secondary bevel is knocked off, and it's one sided full flat grind now.
