I think it’s super unrealistic to expect a brand new store to have no technical issues. Also I’d never go to a grand opening - you would do much better a month later so the lines would be shorter and they can work out the kinx

@@jeng9364what are you talking about?? They’re also first time business owners. At my job, we had a grand opening and had way more people than we anticipated and it turned into a disaster. We had a soft opening before as well and the grand opening still turned out bad. It’s bound to happen, there’s going to be kinks, and not everything will initially be perfect. You’re way too judgmental.

It’s the norm for a new store or restaurant to have issues the first day, even the first week especially with a huge crowd. A lot of people wait a few weeks until all the kinks are worked out.
I am so excited for them. I will tell you knowing all the bumps they had and i would never want to open anything in California😂
I’m not a fan of Katie or Ariana but you have to be fair most grand openings have issues and then over the next couple weeks they get it all ironed out, if they are still having these issues a month from now then it’s a problem
Absolutely you're 💯 👍 this happens all the time ! for goodness sake one would think this is the first time a business just starting out wouldn't have some issues. It's called trial and error, for those perfect smirky people out there.

I give it a year just bc it’s in LA, so economically it will be challenging. But I seriously wish them the best and succeed! It’s an adorable little shop and would do excellent by a winery!
