Simple meal today but looks absolutely delicious. Thanks Leah for showing us how to make your spaghetti sauce. I find when I make mines it still comes out a bit sour. I’ll try it your way next time. Sure looks yummy and of course not forgetting Kevin lovely looking meatballs.

To make parboiled pastas more manageable for its next stage of cooking (as in how your wife jazzed up the spaghetti) after you have strained the boiled pasta, place into a very large bowl, pot or container and add a slight drizzle of olive, avocado or canola oil and immediately rub/stir it into the spaghetti. By doing this, you are causing air to go through the clumped boiled pasta and then the slight oil drizzle allows for the separating of the strands of pasta. I have found this method to be very effective especially when I am am cooking for large crowds for 4th of July or Thanksgiving parties. And this can also be used on rice for rice dishes. The key is to use as little oil because you will be cooking the main dish with oil.

Uncle Dennis’ foods should be seasoned with salt and probably a small piece of garlic., due to his health condition. Unfortunately paprika black pepper sweet peppers( pimentos) and spicy spices fried foods are not recommended for him until he fully recovers. All the best to all the family rgds
