Can you make a video on how to update a digital downloadable product url in wordpress, when there is product with urls already. I have products that go under several parent categories. I showed the hierarchy using > and then separated each group by a comma and this is not working for me. If I choose "An element in my file contains the entire hierarchy" then it seems to think that everything is a subcategory for the first category I list. it says imported 19 products, and only 3 was displayed, can you explain this?
Because it's showing only the parent products, (Mens, Womens and Kids t-shirts) not every single colour/size variation.
