They see DEI as black ppl period. They consider the qualified black men in high positions as DEI. You cannot separate black men from black women when you talk about DEI. THEY MEAN ALL OF BLACK PPL.
I did not stop at Walmart on Black Friday because I didn't need anything. I will make it my habit to go there as much as I can going forward.
Walmart treats everyone like a criminal.... i don't usually go to Walmart but it was near a branch of my bank a branch of the local grocery chain, an the place I go to get a haircut. So i needed to do everything on a rare day off so I went into Wal-Mart to buy another pack of underwear, and all of them were locked. I had to buzz a button and wsit 45 minutes to get the pack, and they walked it over to the register for a pack of underwear that costs 6 dollars. And all I could think is who is stealing cheap 6 dollar for 6 pairs of underwear.
…..STOP stealing..
That’s cause too much ppl steal…tf you expect!
That's due to stealing dollar general does the same .
Where I live Blacks work in and shop at Walmart in large numbers.
YES this is the reason I posted this information on my Facebook so our people wouldn't shop at Walmart especially in black Friday
….no free stuff for you😋
I don’t want to hear anyone complaining about this if you voted for Trump or didn’t vote at all! Enjoy the rollbacks that stem from racism!
DEI is racism.
@@JM-sp2iu It’s funny how people suddenly see racism! Since the fifteenth century no one wanted to say a word about it!
Don't we won't 😂
WELL SAIDED
Well you know they're doing this because of the next administration, so you got what you WANTED huh Phil??? 😉👌👍🙄
They took out affirmative action during this administration Biden/Harris.
We should boycott Phillip Scott😮😮
Did you not listen?? DEI does not benefit us and when it does we get the crumbs
@@OgOg-p2v You have every right to not comment or look at any of his commentary. What's keeping you here? You do know that you are free to leave.
@@OgOg-p2vAgreed!
I remember when black people said they were going to boycott Gucci. We see how that turned out! 🤷🏽♀️
😂😂😂😂😂😂
What average black person buys Gucci that you know?
And football too. Remember Colin Kapernick ? The beauty supply strike that bought the women back to give business was for them to have a 50% off sale? Walmart will still thrive and I'm not a fan of Walmart.
Gucci is boycotting me😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Good. Boycott. These are the people we need OUT OF WALLA-WALLA !!!!
I drove in by Walmart to
Food 4 Less just because of there rollback! No DEI programs or rollbacks No funds from me!!
You finally said something that I can agree with! Boycott!
Go ahead.
What DEI programs? Them folks hire who they want to hire anyway. How do we know what's going on in the backroom? We don't, so we need to get our own businesses and do the same thing. The "folks" been doing that behind the scenes.🙄🧐 Just like we need to move in silence like they do. That includes funding and financing businesses (crowd funding).
This whole DEI thing is goofy. If u are qualified then just get in where u fit in. If not, get better
Lies qualified blk people get over looked
Its not goofy
Them white ain’t going to hire you if you better be real
@nubianking4203 Spot on, exactly!
Let me give a example of how crazy some sound....DEI = affirmitve action lets just be honest about it. Bunch of morons slap a NEW Title that people dont like and wala!....So let me give you a example....
You are DeQuan makes 90s on his test and applies to say Emory or MIT, And Bob makes the same grades and applies to the same school. You get denied,,,and when you look at the campus,,,ummm you notice there is "NO"body that "looks" like you but this is the top school for your career...you asks why with the grades you got why you werent accepted...AND NOW THEY DONT EVEN HIDE ANYTHING and tell you Mr DeQuan maybe you should go down to Morehouse or another historic college,,,Now are you going to take that "advice" you just wrote?
No one has taken note of these corporations DEI initiatives till now.
In addition most hires at a lot of these retail conglomerates and others, hiring and community awareness is a judgment call in some cases. This clearly is a political move that may cost them dearly....and thanks Phil for the awareness..
Good for Walmart
I never cared for Walmart and prefers Target over Walmart .
I never cared for either store.
Also, it became a crime for black women to not get on the buses to then be transported to work to go to work under the folks. The police officers were beating black women to force them onto the bus.
they used DEI to hire migrants..
You better believe they're going to hide a migraine stay easier employees they nicer to customers come on I'm a black person I ain't out there no more but I know this your FBA you're screwed up it's over😢😮
You guys seem to not realize that it is used to do business with vendors.
@garygnu8775 2% is not working for FBA ..do you realize that
We gave you target you ain't getting Wal mart
Sorry but I can’t agree with this, I’ve been to several Walmart stores and have never been to one that didn’t have a work crew of people with different race backgrounds, even in areas that are predominately a specific (any) race, and I’m talking about for years.
Receive Peace 🕊️, Health ⚕️, Wealth 💰and giving Gratitude 🙏 Always 😇❤️
I’m confused don’t black people already work at Walmarts across the country? And if you boycott Walmart and those same black people lose their jobs then what?
I swear people don't think before they decide to turn on a camera and broadcast 😂. These negros can't come together and boycott these luxury brands but they want to boycott something we need and use in our everyday lives. We need Walmart, we don't need $200 sneakers or $100 jeans.
Walmart is economical for me.
If Walmart is boycotted for just one week they will feel it
Walmart is a joke
….that boycott is the joke🫡
@@thepoeticbutcher3370 black americans are one of the least perchasers of boycott. 2025 and Trump are a new day. Blacks don't dictate American culture anymore. Uncle Phil needs to have a seat lmfao
The joke is you black people like me thinking that you're going to hurt Walmart by staying out of their stores they actually would love that and not only them all of the Giant conglomerates😂😂
@@OgOg-p2v 1000 percent facts
@@astroprotector dude aint one of us! Dont be deceived!! Look at his talking points!!
I'm with you brother Phil. You are so right about everything you said.
What this really means Wal-Mart doesn't have to hire people with bad attitudes and poor work performance anymore.
What are you trying to say my guy?
@tarikviaer-mcclymont5762 I just said it. The blue, purple, and red weave wears are out and take bad attitudes with you.
Correct…. Maybe we’ll get better customer service
Consistently late, showing up high and reeking of weed, always on they phone, ignoring customers, stealing from the employer etc
Walmart is just the beginning!
You are spot on in what you're saying if only folks would STOP & LISTEN...we have the power, just don't waste your time with having high blood pressure behind this nonsense 🙄🙏
I'm pretty done with corporations in general
.
Black American man here ....I absolutely SALUTE Walmart 😊
Me too brother black man hair agree with you😂😂
Hello 👋 Philip Scott I'm glad you are talking about this situation. You already talked about this situation when you were talking about Affirmative Action being abolished by the U.S.A Supreme Court a year ago 😒. I'm sharing this video with other people. Thank you Philip Scott ☺️.
You speak true, Phil they are just trying to take cashier jobs away that's what I don't like 😞
Walmart was specific about why these changes will be implemented. Why is there confusion.🤷🏾♀️
Doesn't affect us😅
That’s ok, roll them all back including supposed affirmative action programs since they didn’t benefit black people.
I agree that programs should not be needed to have a diverse group..
Be careful.. they have made some cringey mistakes…
Exactly .. that’s why we are BOYCOTTING WALMART
What programs created by them helps our people?
🙏🏾🙏🏿💪🏾💪🏿✡️☦️🌍
Lowes, Ford and Starbucks need to be boycotted also.
I stopped entering my race on job applications because I never got an interview when I did
I wish we would build our own banks, schools and stores. Come on black billionaires and millionaires.
Excellent discussion once again brother Phil 💪💯
I boycott Walmart because the store is terrible not because they on dei. How dare them demand check my receipt after I pay my things. That is they need to sue about.
I don’t care what they roll back. I’m not going back to Walmart.
Yo screams this is your fault grams don't try to walk it back you got this this the Trump administration you ain't seen nothing yet boy😮😮
DEI made things worse its all by merits and qualifications and not by color or gender.
Sound just like a yt trump supporters. Idiots lol
exactly!
It should be merits and qualifications but that is not always how it is. It's often about who you know.
Good stuff sir 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
We need to build Black WallStreet in every major city in America!
Worked at Walmart twice , hated both experiences. Management treats you like you are their kid and they don’t know how to talk to anyone at all . I left that lil $14.25 and I’m making 20 an hour now
I don’t know who or where they are boycotting Walmart because when I have been there, it’s still the same. 1 line open with 100 people wait in line to self checkout light only on 2-3 open.
DEI was not working. It has been disastrous. I'm not sure who was writing the rules for DEI. But it's been causing more problems by way of confusion than benefits.
