As a strategist, I am sure you must have sat with the leaders of the congress. Why then the relevant and important points are not prioritized while going to the public.? Why the organisation of congress is falling weak ? As a prime opposition party, don't you think it should be addressed faster?
I think BJP is betting mostly on Rahul Gandhi. I know a lot of chamchas don't accept but RG pushes more voters to BJP. He is an absolutely incompetent guy, he failed in every task he has undertaken so far. He has absolutely no experience in governance. He could have gained experience, could have become a minister or even a CM but NO, did nothing. He wants the PM chair directly, because why not? he has Gandhi surname. Unfortunately, congress is trying to prep him as an alternative to a guy (modi) who came from nothing, and climbed up the ladder over several decades to reach the highest post in the country. Imagine the kind of experience he must have gained all through. India deserves the best, if it is not modi then he can be voted out but saying RG is the guy to govern India is laughable. The dude couldn't even keep his own family's decades-held seat and had to run to Kerala and form an alliance with the left front just to get elected as an MP.
I usually vote for the regional party in my state but on a national level looking at RG is not seen as the alternative to the current dispensation. That's how a lot of people are voting in the country. RG loses appeal for congress in voters. If congress wants to stand any chance they have to lose RG and reduce the hold of one family on the party.
Also, how stupid does one have to be to again elect congress ? they ruled for 60 years and yet kept india poor. During UPA 1 and UPA 2, the world has seen huge growth. China has doubled its GDP almost every year but congress instead of competing with China and seeing how distant they are going from India is involved in terrible scams. Okay, BJP is not working, there is a mechanism to vote it out but the alternative is congress which has a terrible record of governance for 60 years and the party is still under the control of the same family.
