So Pelican Cove, is one of the only communities that I'm aware of who actually went out and had a climate adaptation and vulnerabilities study done by Southwest Florida Regional Planning Council. And one of the things that we learned in that study was that some of our invasive trees were susceptible to wind and, and, you know, weather conditions that could cause us problems. This area behind me, we call it the promenade, this used to be solid Australian pine trees. And when hurricane Irma blew through the middle of the state, the study was correct. Most of our Australian Pines fell down and we took that as an opportunity to remove the rest of the Pines and work with our neighbor Bay village. And we created a Florida native walkway, a Florida native garden that we no longer have to worry about the effects of climate on as much because it's made to be here. And we also took advantage of doing that because at that time, we were putting a program together to go Florida native, Florida friendly with the entire community. And this area gave us an opportunity for our residents to walk it and see what that would look like in their front yard.
