Yes bro, if we keep in half tap, we will get hot water continuously. But one UA-cam subscriber said if we continuously use half tap, the heating element will be damaged. As for now I didn't face any such heating element issue in all my heaters . Crompton, AO Smith, hindware etc.. Also there should be precautions such as when you are turning off the heater, you should make sure the heater is in cutoff mode after full heat. If you turn off the heating condition, the socket and switch will burn in a short time.
I have a bad experience with the product. After making many calls and complaints , my product installation done after 14 days from the delivery. And from day 1 it's not working. The technician is saying that I'll get it repaired after the company supplies parts.

Compared to all AO Smith is heavy reason being AO Smith heater la glass coated water tank iruku. Salt water easy ah handle panum. Also naa mention panuna heater edhulayum input and output hose varaadhu, but Havells instanio la input and output hoses varum. Lookwise neat ah irukanum na Havells vangalam, Ilana for AO Smith Vangalam.

Sad to hear bro. Register in company site and ask for replacement under warranty. For me it's working without any issues
