The poor patient. This reminds me of an MD who had no clue as to how to draw my blood: stuck me three times, no apologies, then twice on the other arm. I screamed the whole time. 😢

I had to ask a phlebotomist to wear gloves and correct her order of draw. She said the other MA trained her that way. 😳
OMGoodness, I told her I could be someone from the department of health and it would a problem for her. 🤦🏽‍♀️

This is a bad example on how you extract blood from a patient. The Phlebotomist drawing blood from the start to the end is not acceptable.

You are exactly right! It was purposely filmed that way. As the video states in the beginning, there are 25 errors in the performance of the procedure, and challenges viewers to identify them all.

I am struck by the fact that you chose, in this video, in particular, to show a Black woman as an incompetent phlebotomist. How many, if any, of your other videos show 1) people of color that are intelligent and competent in their jobs and 2) people of color period? This is racist behavior that feeds prejudice that causes both emotional and medical harm. I would suggest you educate yourselves, issue a public apology for your racist behavior, and outline steps of how you are going to remedy the harm you caused and perpetrate within the medical profession
