The walk to the beach from the ship seems to be worth it because of all those character interactions. And I've got to say, I absolutely love when the characters get down to Jackson's level. If water is too chilly the stingrays will burrow down in the sand to keep warm so they won’t be out for guests to see. Learned this on a cruise in January on another line.

My last night there, she made a towel monkey. She hung him from one of the trouser hangers with the clip and put my sunglasses on him...scared the LIFE out of me when I came in!

Nice print for sailing concierge! Slobbering, like I do every time i see Capt. Jack. :) On my only Disney cruise, many years ago, I found the walk to/between the trams REEALLY long and hot to get out to Serenity Bay. I used to play a lot of tetherball when I went to summer camp as a kid. Nice merch, with some great colors, at Castaway Cay. As a larger person, it was nice to see them have some "bigger people" merch - that is is usually not the norm at a lot of places, including WDW. Oh my gosh - that card and pics from Emma, the Greeter" was SO thoughtful, and cute!! Thanx for sharing the horn with us, Tim - love how the CM's wave goodbye - from Castaway Cay, and I remember them doing it from Cape Canaveral too, if they still do. Made me cry, as did the horn. :) Love how mesmerized Jackson was for Crush, and "the wave":. :) That chocolate walnut cake looked GOOD!! Your server was SO talented with the origami, as is the room attendant with all the great towel animals - I'm totally impressed! I think you guys did great on 90's music trivia - some of those were HARD! Leaving any vacation is usually so hard, and sad, especially when it's such a wonderful, luxurious one, like you had. When I used to go to WDW regularly, the only thing that made me happy leaving was starting to plan for the NEXT trip. You should have asked your concierge, or stateroom attendant how to use the coffee maker - I'm sure they would have been more than happy to show you. Just a quick thanks. I just finished the cruise series stream tonight and I have enjoyed it so much. Congrats and happy birthday. Regarding the coffee machine in your room; it a “Jura” brand. Once you figure it out, it’s a game changer. It’s not too complicated. We own one. It makes true European coffee with the cream on top. You can buy a refurb one online. Not cheap, but cheaper than new. We had an issue with our first refurb we bought direct from the company. They replaced it immediately upon our return of the defective one. We love it. And they last for years and years!
‘Ro kette leaves’ made me laugh, we call arugula ‘rocket’ in the U.K. & I think the rest of Europe too? Thanks for sharing your cruise with us, loved it as always!
Castaway Cay double dip would definitely be our preferred cruise! I lost track of what Tim was saying at 8:08 when I saw that adorable little bird hop in the window behind him. I wonder if Tim noticed it then later after they ate, I realized he definitely did when more came!

My wife and I love music trivia and during our 2019 7 day Fantasy cruise wrote down The Verve - Bittersweet Symphony for Robbie Williams - Millenium. Disney definitely has room for growth in music selection. Thank you so much for documenting so much of your life for our entertainment and education.

Love the video. Did I miss you guys talking about the tips? I was especially curious about concierge tipping. We have done 2 post covid cruises and have been extra generous. We did about 2x the normal tip. The service has been awesome and they are under 50% occupancy.

Great cruise vlog series guys! Jackson is perfect age for DCL! Unless things have changed in recent years with DCL, you can skip your last formal sit down breakfast on debarkation day and hit the buffet on the ship anytime that morning.
My wife and I have won A LOT of trivia on Disney Cruise Line. They don't usually re-use the same questions on the same cruise, but they do recycle after each voyage. If trivia proves really popular on longer voyages, they will also Frankenstein some together from old or defunct trivia games to create new ones. If you have a REALLY good memory, or you cruise real frequently, you can sometimes remember some answers, but most of it is just knowing the music or the Disney Trivia.
Tim if you ever find yourself in the same predicament about not being able to swim, there are great waterproof plaster pad, and also a product called TEGADERM that is so very very waterproof and it doesnt hurt to remove it either, excuse the way im going to describe what its like, its like peeling dry sunburn. You need to stock up on things like that, your own little first aid travel kit which you never know when it will come in handy.
That tegaderm is awesome! They use it for tattoos! I had gotten one like a week and a half before my vacation which included water park days and I was worried about submerging it so my tattoo artist gave me extra to switch it out. It stays on real good and just feels like an extra layer of skin, just as you explained it!
