Bless you Baba Ram Dass. One of my only lights in a lifelong struggle through the darkness of depression.

I've listened to Sadhguru, Alan Watts, E Tolle, and Ram Dass for about 3 years now just repeatedly listening to videos and taking notes in my journal. Their messages are similar, but Ram Dass delivers in a way that helped me gain my human compassion by looking up, but not forgetting to look down. To be free in form and realize that suffering is grace. Namaste to those that understand and also to those not yet ready. I love you!

@@fntime It really doesn't matter my friend. He's really neither of those things. He's just a spirit within a human experience- maybe what you might acknowledge as consciousness in a body. He's doing the best he can even if it's not up to snuff in your opinion. I'm sure he'd be the first one to tell you that he also considers himself a poser and a fraud. he would also tell you that he considers himself limitless other things. basically, he would rather be free then right.

1:10 ish. This is hugely important for where I am right now. I just lost my fiancé to a heart attack unexpectedly and on top of the grief I am swimming in stuff, debt, a small business and a house in the middle of a remodel I can’t complete. Pursuing “voluntary simplicity” will save me.

I really love Guruji’s take on success. Even getting up out of bed for some people with depression is a mark of success. Success should always be relative to your situation; not egotistical ideals from a material world. How else can someone with £61M feel unworthy next to someone who is a billionaire ? Madness personified. Guruji’s teachings and spiritual awareness has made me, a humble, ordinary person feel like a billionaire - I am really really happy with my humble lot 😊🙏 love and blessings to everyone ❤✅

Ram dass is gone but he still lives on through his message and through each of us, the lost that he has helped find the path through the darkness. Love to all of you reading this, may your journey be one of happiness and love.

Thank you. I've been struggling so much bc I've opened my heart and been hurt so much that i felt like things were unjust when those people won at worldly things. I have to remember that things can change for me at any point and i need to hope.

As timely today as ever. As he said at the end (maybe in a different context or maybe as an inside joke), the sharpness of the listener's mind brings out different things in him. Repeated listens bear out the truth of those words.
