@@gogongondrong1 yes, using Skanf’s body mechanics. In this video, I was using a larger motion because I was still dialing down and figuring out the body mechanics at the time.

What isbthe black stuff on your target for?
that was some 1/2" thick foam to dampen the throws I messed up on.
It was an attempt to reduce the clangs for the neighbors.

I think it’s best described as the pinch grip, thrown like military half spin but following Skanf body mechanics.
