    Is Pareena Rama Homes better than this Breeze Project for P4 category?
    My relative got allotment of 3 BHK on Tower-1 of Rama Homes.Should he continue or surrender?

    Sir I applied in Breeze 88a but in draw my application gone in waiting. And than i have applied in bodh 79. Kindly suggest your view about 79 or go to breeze 89 or other incoming project.

      Nishant ji, there are some reputed builders who will come in next 2-3 months. Right now many builders are delaying due to increase in construction cost and they are asking govt for changing the price as well. So, until cost of construction comes down or price increase, you may see a delay.
      2. If there are 1.5 crores flat in that area then kindly check with real estate agent in that area. They will tell you that for people looking in that budget they have many options and they don’t prefer to buy here. Resale is very tough in that area. Infact fresh sale is also a problem.

      There will more projects coming in new Gurgaon and towards Sohna where p4 will have better luck

    From your logic BPTP amstoria 102 plot is near to naya so it should cost 70000 per sq yard but it is double the price . sector 88 a , 88 , 89 future is bright due to its commercial value as most of the sector 88 land patch is with DLF.

    Hi, thanks for info. I am getting 2 bhk unit in Breeze sec 89 in builder quota at 11 lac premium (total 33-34 lac). Drain is getting covered. Pls suggest if now after one year does it make sense to invest in this project as affordable have stopped coming plus real Gurgaon estate prices have really gone high in last one year. Regards

    Bhai Aaj Jake dekh lena 36 lakh se kam me koi unit available nhin hai aur possession par 50 lakh se kam me nhi ayega kisi haal me. Ab calculate kar le interest.
