Hiya, Some just scrape off using a fingernail, if you are lucky. We had a couple that required a scalpel, essentially you slice the shimmie off . I'll probably do a video on the next one.
They probably won't scrape off with your nail, but possibly with a scalpel, the problem is with doitsu it is actually in the skin. Alternatively, you could try using some wart remover, like Wartner or Bazuka. Make sure the area is totally dry and just apply a little to the shimmie. Bear in mind it will leave a white area whichever way you do it and the pigment may not return

Thanks for replying a video would be great i have a doits benigoi that has had some shimmis apear can I still remove them being she is doits
