Bhai sahab USA me v free education he for children's upto 12 grade. Aur rhi free healthcare ki baat toh wo Australia, Canada aur all over Europe me he. But fark itna he ki US provides the best medical facilities in the world. All well renowned doctors move to US over any other country. As the pay scale in US for doctor's is higher than any other country. But the exams they have to pass is the toughest among all nations. So you cannot compare UK healthcare system with US. US is the destination where best and top notch doctors can be found that's why bills are higher in US but they also provide quality treatment which you can find nowhere else in the world. Just research most well renowned doctors are moving to US from UK, CANADA OR AUSTRALIA.

In India, if we are working as doctor/nurse in a govt or private hospital,if we or our family members fall sick it's easier to access everything in the same hospital even as a patient and a priority is being given. Is it similar there in NHS? Do NHS workers get any sort of upper hand than normal civilians, being health workers in the same hospital or something? Like in India it would be easier to find a private cabin in the hospital we work in or get access to difficult elective surgeries more easily.
