So if you affirm over and over new thoughts, they’ll eventually become the new normal way to think. The repetition causes your subconscious mind to finally go.. oh ok this is the new me now. I still affirmed no matter how I felt. And from my past experience I can tell it's so on point - in the past after one affirmation got memorized, while affirming it robotically I had one or two times suddenly noticed that "underneath" the affirming same time my old thoughts were thinking the opposite - and I was surprised like huh?! what am I thinking while affirming?! @@fabioofabianoo Set it as an intention in writing. If you don't want to affirm, you need to mentally control any thoughts that oppose that. That's the thing with affirmations. They help redirect the opposing thoughts. So either you get off the subject of money all together or you live from the end of having that sort of money (what would that version of you be saying, how would you be behaving...?)

Just know that even if you don't see something in 3d, you are already there when you affirm. You are already in your desired reality. It's inevitable that you will see it physically. But don't search for validation. The validation from 3d will come to you.
How do you "control" your opposing thoughts that come up while you are impressing the subconscious mind with the new beliefs? Just notice that the opposing thoughts are there, acknowledge and thank them for protecting me in the past but tell them that they are not needed anymore, then keep affirming the new beliefs? Started testing robotic affirming since yesterday and have not encountered the opposing thoughts yet, but I wanted to be prepared in case they show up!
You're not so much "controlling" the opposing thoughts. You're just becoming aware of them and allowing them to pass through and claiming "no longer my story". The process you describe above is also perfect!

You can be as specific or as general as you want. You want to control your opposing thoughts in any situation. So you can affirm: "I am financially free" and "I am making millions of dollars with ease".

So your mind will naturally drift.

So just notice if your conscious thoughts go into an opposing space. For ex if you are affirming mindlessly for your SP and then consciously thinking about a bad event that happened between you, then you need to catch yourself and stop the negative thinking.

You can manifest a single version of your gf. Do not think about where she's at now, what's happening in her life. Just focus on affirming for your self concept and for her being your wife. Withdraw all attention from 3d, deadlines, etc... Let all that go. Focus on end. You will shift timelines.

Does the language we use matter ? I can speak in English but English is not my mother tongue. In day to day life I use my mother language.
