    Recipe 1.
    1/4 of a small fork of cabbage.
    Pour boiling water over the cabbage.
    Carrot.
    Onion.
    Sweet peppers.
    Drain the cabbage.
    Mash the vegetables well.
    A bunch of coriander.
    2 eggs.
    Salt, spices and paprika to taste.
    1 tbsp flour.
    Fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
    Cheese 70 grams.
    Turn the tortilla over and fry for 3-4 minutes.
    Garnish with basil leaves.
    Recipe 2.
    Broccoli.
    Pour boiling water over it and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
    Fry garlic in vegetable oil.
    Onion.
    Pumpkin.
    Peppers optional.
    Fry all vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
    Place the broccoli in a greased bowl.
    Place the sautéed vegetables in it.
    Cherry tomatoes.
    Prepare the filling: 2 eggs.
    Salt.
    150 ml Greek yoghurt or sour cream.
    1 tbsp. basil, 1 tbsp. sumac, 100 ml milk.
    Bake in the oven at 180 °C or 356 °F for 20 minutes.
