Just mainly consists of ground beef, a little chopped onion, some garlic and a bunch of spices to help boost the great flavor. And we mix and match the key components around here all the time. Like some people put baked beans and fries on for substitutes, it may not be traditional, but we don’t discriminate against it! Great video man, glad to see our food culture is making its way around!

I'm from upstate ny and garbage plates have tots sometimes. It's literally a mish mosh of whatever ya got on hand. And if youre hammered or high, its ideal.

That was my go to. Baked beans but skipped the mac salad. So I'd go hamburgers, home fries, meat sauce, baked beans and mustard. Always delicious
