What advice would you give to someone on importing scented candle

You can make them and package them locally. The challenge you might encounter is sourcing some type of scents eg Sandalwood. But in general you stand a chance to compete if you make them locally

Were i live in Zambia we have no natural hair saloon, so i decided to start that business, although i didn't have much to use.
