    This time, together with my friends who live in Aso, I went to Takachiho, where flowing noodles originated. We harvested a specific variety of bamboo to make flowing noodles. What’s better than having delicious noodles while having fun?

    I genuinely wonder, is it to make the distribution easier or to cool the noodles or both?

      @@eudoravia7082 This is called "Nagashi Somen." Nagashi Somen is a traditional Japanese summer event where thin wheat noodles are served in a tun and retreshing way. It is a beloved seasonal activity enjoyed by many during the hot summer months in Japan.
