Yes, but how do you change the background image?

These are the directions to change the wallpaper on just your phone, from wallpapers already loaded into your system. If you'd like to load your own or change them from a company admin's perspective just let me know. The directions are much longer.
1. Press the Options soft key.
2. Enter your voicemail password, and press the OK soft key.
The Options menu opens.
3. Press the navigation key to scroll to the Wallpaper option.
4. Press the Edit soft key.
5. Press the or navigation keys to scroll through the various wallpaper images, and view the
preview image on the right side of the screen.
6. When you have identified the wallpaper image you want to use, highlight it and press the OK soft
key.
7. Press the Exit soft key.
The wallpaper image you selected is displayed as the background on your phone screen.
