Against my better judgement, I’m going to explain how to be immune with kuomei as you mentioned it in the video and I’ve been waiting for someone to find it. If you roll triple sixes on kuomei’s 3, and acquire ANY amount of overguard from any source, you will be immune. The reason for this I believe is because the description reads “damage to health or shields” but overguard is its separate entity. This means the charms nullify damage and the overguard nullifies the charms being spent, creating full immunity. The only thing that can reset it is an acolyte ability neutralize, falling off the map, and the corpus neutralizer fields.
in 2:47, i'm pretty sure that's because you accidentally pressed Z which hides the allies UI segment below ur hp. it's a useless bind tbh. I've unbound it.
It's not a bug, it's something that gets called Heat Inheritence??? Because of the fact that the Secondary Fortify is the initial heat status source, any other form of heat damage that would increase that heat stack builds off your epitaph's stack and goes on and so forth. So once you prime somethings with heat with the epitaph, your abilities that deal heat, and other heat damages will cause overguard to build
The bug is that the amulets are not counting down when you have overshield, and overshield is not properly taking damage either. The only way you can die is getting out of the map or an enemy disabling your buffs/abilities and then punching you down.
Overguard was almost certainly from the heat inherit of your Epitaph. People are also abusing it by: getting one heat proc from a secondary, use Protea's turret, and gain max overguard instantly
She have access to some of the rare decrees, example the melee attacks hits twice, double crit damage, the same but for status, and some of the QoL ones like DR, healing on kill, etc. If you have a little bit of luck you can get very strong in a few minutes.
I got a Bug in Duviri yesterday twice, where I lost ALL Nidus stacks at high level Steel Path Circuit and one of the times, I was fully immortal for the single stage and would never go below 2 Health. I've also discovered that despite being even rarer and luckier, rolling higher than Triple Sixes, with either Quadruple or Quintuple Sixes will not activate her special ability variants.
Koumie seems to be buggy in more way than one. Last night my setinel with its Verglas started rapid firing those fireballs from that one decree. Verglas has a high firerate so it was basically fullauto fireballs. Secondary Fortifier also has a weird interaction on Sevagoth that enables him to gain overguard without using your secondary. Something to do with his shadows. I don't remember the exact details.
Amazing, now I know how to get overguard on any frame I want and still enjoy Koumei. Wisp with Arcane Fortifier is gonna go insane, but these bugs at these times doesn't sound fun and getting all decrees is insane.
You were not getting overguard from your other weapons, you were getting overguard from the DOT damage from toxin stats from your epitaph and possibly when kuomei puts a DOT status on an enemy and you transfer to operator. This is a known bug.

Isn't anything after 160% range for your 1 useless? And the "Immortality" comes from rolling a trinity (3x6) on your 3 which makes you immortal for the duration of it
i think the reason why your getting overguard even if your not using the secondary is because of killers confidence which gives overguard each kill so maybe you got it :3
The only problem with koumei is that she feels amazing and fun to play after 300 minutes in a survival, bc getting good decrees in the first 20 minutes is incredibly difficult

Wb the decree that spreads statuses to all people in a range of 20m? Ik in circuit it makes epitaph busted specifically cause fortifier can proc off status damage and it gives like room wide status application, so with level cap eximus rate it would be pretty much constant over guard
If you check to the left of the dice there will be a symbol with primary or secondary or melee you will gain health back when using that specific weapon and yes over guard it’s not a bug
Koumei isnt a bad frame, but to be good she needs to warm up in a long mission. In comparison there are other frames that are ready in just a moment to nuke everything in a touch of a button. Some ppl are pissed as this frame was said to be a good frame, where most of the missions if not long ones she is Mid. Sorry but thats true. Also why did they have to release her on my birthday? its so offensive to me bro Xd.

that's literally the only think she is good at, she is anti-synergetic with team; she does not provide anything for the team, she is always doing her own thing completely ignoring objectives, her "challenges" are anything but challenging, but they are a nuisance to do (there is a reason why no one bothers with wall latching or sliding), her other abilities are utter shit, 1 does absolutely nothing, 3 does absolutely nothing, only good thing is CC on 4 (sentinel or hound still has better status priming potential than her) also do i need to mention the 3.5% chance and the reliance on RNG which makes her completely unreliable (get 5 bad decrees in a row and its automatic extraction most of the time, since without good decrees she is shit, the decrees can carry or sink her)

Would really love to find out how to replicate the bug, even if only just for theory/buildcrafting. I would gladly give up Melee Influence if it meant I got Melee Fortification.

I accidentally managed to unbind my allies hp on console, know a fix? Xbox series X to be specific.

btw if you dont know max decrees are 176 but sadly she only can get 120 but it be what it be
3:05 when you use her 3rd ability and koumei gets 3 sixes she becomes completely immortal until all the amulets are gone
