Hey Tatro -- great video! One question, though ... If the bearing rollers are 3 under and the crank pin is 6 over, shouldn't the measurements cancel each other out (-3 x 2 + 6=0)? So, wouldn't you then hone 9 tenths over standard (1.6250) rather than 1.2 thou over? What am I missing here?
your assuming that the customers tell me anything. most of the time if you don't install the motor yourself you don't get any feedback. that is acores if you didn't do something wrong, then you really will hear about it. tatro

Need to add running clearance as well, that's why they are honed oversize.
@@glenndavis2762 I thought 0.0009 was the running clearance.
can you setup 5 piece cranks for evo's?
go watch the 98ci stroker shovel motor build, same thing. basically all of the old harley cranks are built the same.
